HERMOSA casa en un amplio canal Piscina privada, a pie de playa / tiendas! Bombardeo -Family Friendly!
¡Encantador hogar de estuco de estilo mediterráneo, con WIFI-PISCINA CALEFACTADA POR SOL (13x26) grande, con mosquitero en lanai y muelle! Plano de concepto abierto. Nueva cocina: gabinetes de granito y arce, pisos de baldosas grandes en la sala - comedor y cocina, laminado de madera en las habitaciones.

Ha encontrado su "hogar lejos del hogar". La casa ofrece una amplia y luminosa sala de estar amplia y espaciosa con mucha luz natural, un snack bar, un comedor completo y un nicho para leer. Las 3 habitaciones también son muy cómodas, la mayoría están equipadas con ventiladores de techo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, ventilador de techo, televisión inteligente de pantalla plana, área de descanso y un baño completo adjunto con bañera y ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una reina, sala de estar y vestidor (podría usarse como habitación para bebés), televisión inteligente con pantalla plana y ventilador de techo. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. La habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama Queen extraíble.

Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada a 150 metros del acceso a la playa, a pocos pasos de tiendas, teatros y excelentes restaurantes. Corto viaje al golf. La casa se encuentra en un amplio canal, ¡la vista te dejará sin aliento! La playa es hermosa con su hermosa arena blanca expansiva suave y agua azul clara. Tenemos invitados que vienen de todas partes del mundo a Shell aquí en la isla. This was by far the best home I have stayed. Check in was smooth, even received a text to make sure we were in ok. The house was immaculate. Location is perfect. Every detail was well thought out. Normally I pack things like extra blankets, pool towels and pillows. It wasn’t necessary. Everything you need to feel at home will be there, and clean. Book it. You won’t regret it, I will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers Beach, look no further. This is by far the nicest house our family has ever stayed in. The location is perfect, house is stocked with everything you could ever need, beds are super comfortable, I could go on and on! We would 100% stay here again!

The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The house is stunning! Beautiful inside and out with everything you could wish for in a kitchen down to the cozy blankets to snuggle on the couch. The pool and recreation area on the canal is gorgeous, entertaining, and relaxing. Our every want for the beach was anticipated and appreciated. We can’t wait to go back!

Great family house!

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay the area was nice and the house was exactly as described. Everything you need for the beach is supplied and kitchen is stocked with all the utensils. Pool was nice and being able to fish off the dock was a nice perk. Would definitely recommend staying here

Family Vacation

Great location for a family vacation. Lots of time spent outside enjoying the pool. Many amenities within walking distance of this quiet neighborhood. The property owner is quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay!

Great Stay - Awesome Home!

We stayed for a week in June, with temps in the 90's the entire time. The homes A/C kept up the entire time, and the pool definitely was nice to have on those hot days. Everything is as advertised, the home was immaculate, and we would stay here again.

Great location and amenities.

Very nice property and location for my sister trip. We would definitely book again. It is nicely furnished with all the kitchen basics for onsite meal and beverage prep when desired. It’s a short walk to their beach and the owner has all the essentials needed for a day in the sun and sand. The pool and patio are very inviting and welcome after an afternoon on the beach.

Fun In The Sun

Fantastic house! Close to the beach and fun. We rode our bikes to Time Square everyday. The House had everything needed for a great vacation. We want to do it again next year.

Very nice property!

We have stayed up and down the Naples/Fort Myers/Marco coast, and this property ranks near the top! It is in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Harmony House

The property was just perfect. Out of the crowded area of Fort Myers Beach ⛱ but still close enough to everything. On the canal with a very nice size pool. Made it a perfect quiet spot for the 2 of us. Well stocked and had everything you could need. Will hopefully be back again.

Perfect family getaway!!!

We had such a great time at Harmony House! So close to the beach but the screened pool is a great bonus for those days you just don't have it in you. Dana is very easy to work with and easy to reach. Actually she reached out to us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Book Harmony House for your Fort Myers Beach stay...you won't be disappointed!

Amazing house and great location!

There is not a single thing to criticize about this property. It had absolutely everything you need to make your vacation a blast. From kitchen utensils, to water toys, to a wagon to carry beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to the beach. The pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was great. Seriously everything was amazing! We’ll be back for sure.

Last impression as good as the first.

We rented this house for a week in early June. It has everything you need. Beautiful place with a private pool to relax in . It is very close to the beach and has a beautiful view from out the back of the house from the pool. We would recommend this house. Great people to work with if you have any questions.

Family Getaway

We rented Harmony House to have a family getaway in the Winter. With adult children and a grandchild, we needed the place we rented to have enought space and convenient so that we were not spending our time in a car. Harmony House was a perfect fit for our family! We enjoyed the pool, walks/jogs on the beach, being able to walk to CVS for last minute items. The beach chairs, stroller, pack & play, etc. were much appreciated. It was everything we wanted for our vacation stay!

Excellent property and location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Harmony House. The property was the perfect size. The short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach was easy. Thank you for providing the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella making our days on the beach enjoyable. The salt water pool was refreshing after a day at the beach too. Each morning we ate breakfast by the pool while watching fish and birds by the canal. This was everything I hoped it would be! Thank you for sharing your home.

Here is the rest of the story…….

…..The story all began when my family moved from New Jersey to Florida back in 1980!
My whole family is still living there. Unfortunately I had to move back to N.J. after college- to work in NYC . My husband and I found this gem back in 2001. We loved the idea of coming down and spending time with my brothers - and their families and for our kids to know their cousins. Unfortunately due to our busy lives we can't get down to Florida more than a few times a year- so we love the idea of sharing our home with you! I have made our home comfortable and easy for all- who arrive. I love to entertain so you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the items you need to host a family gathering! I hope you enjoy our house as much as we do!

I loved the idea of having a private residence near the beach- without all the chaos the north end of the beach can bring at various times of the year. The canal waterway to open water is a quick one to the gulf( @15 minutes which is Really Great-)
Important question to ask if you are renting a boat on the island..
The location of our beach and the actual beach itself- is beautiful and a tranquil wide open space( pictures are on my site).
I love the location- walk to everything while still private!

Location - Location- Location-
Easy on and off the island in high season (Dec- April) by traveling in and out of the south end of the island- ( highly recommend) vs traveling over Mantanzas Bridge-
The Beach where our home is located is Awesome! truly one of the prettiest beaches I have ever seen.
The home is situated on a quiet street but right in the center of a lot of activity -- which enables you to retreat to a calm haven after you have had your fill of all there is to do!!
