Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool home only 3 blocks to the sugar sand of Fort Myers Beach!. Quiet, clean neighborhood setting on the one of the prettiest streets on the island! Perfect getaway for family or friends. Located on the northern end of mid-island, easy walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, FMB pier and Time Square area.

Relax in and around the awesome heated outdoor pool and hot tub, perfect for fun whether spending the day there or coming back after a sun filled day at the beach. Afterwards, enjoy dinner outside over looking the pool and Matanzas Preserve with your favorite beverage and watch the sun fade behind the lush foliage.

Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style. Beach supplies and pool toys are available. Bikes can easily be rented and are a great way to get around the island.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Fishing, dolphins, and turtles are only steps away from this magnificent home!

Amazing Vacation Property

Comfortable, clean and spacious retreat. Outdoor spaces are phenomenial with multiple screened in decks, warm pool and hot tub. Access to beach was easy and a quick walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool, beach, & room for everyone!

House was sparkling clean with everything you need and more. Plenty of pool toys, beach wagons, and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Owner very quick to respond and helpful.

Wonderful vacation rental

We had everything we needed at this home. Place was spotless and ready on time. Plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach wagons. Pool was warm after we asked it to be turned up, owner reacted quickly to any questions. Would stay here again!

A great family place

We enjoyed air week very much, the house was very nice and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, loved the screening around the pool area and all of the deck spaces. The location was also a positive. The only small problem was a lack of dark window coverings, the main bedroom was very nice, but very bright in the morning. Very nice place to spend a week with family.

A great family place

Well kept, nice and great location

It was everything and more as advertised, nice street, close to restaurants. Owners clearly take care of place and have all the amenities required for an extended stay including good quality items for kitchen, pool and beach. We will come back.

First trip to Florida

The property is excellent! Any and everything that one could ask for in a vacation house. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great fun. Providing beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for going to the beach made it easy. About the only thing we struggled with was the traffic on Estero Blvd. At some points during the day getting around and off/on the island took quite a bit of time. Again other than that we thought this was a great place to spend our five weeks in Florida.

Fantastic house and location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great and spacious for the four of us. We loved the pool and jacuzzi/awesome outdoor space and all the patios to hang out on. The proximity to the beach was nice it was under 10min to walk down and everything was provided from beach chairs/towels/coolers and a beach cart to haul it all down. There are also two good restaurants/beach bars right there at the end of the road. Nice quiet/friendly/safe neighborhood. Our only recommendation as mentioned in other reviews would be to provide an adequate amount of paper towels and toilet paper we had to go out and buy more by mid week. Also if you are cooking remember to to buy some basic spices, oil ect as nothing is provided. Overall a great experience and property we would consider renting again!

Very nice

House was very clean, close walk to beach, the beach wagon was awesome to have, the pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool water will definitely stay a little warmer if you keep pool cover on. It was nice to have it. The kitchen had everything needed to be able to prepare meals. The only thing I would recommend is some extra bathroom washcloths. There was only 8 and with 8 people showering daily it’s a pain to do laundry daily. Also just a heads up there is only 1 TV and it’s in living room. It may say that in description that I missed but there no laying in bed and watching TV before bed. Other than that the house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay, neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe.

Beach house

Communication regarding the door access code was last minute. The 4 th bedroom was just adequate. The carpets were in desperate need of cleaning or replacing. The left front burner on the stovetop was not operating .We noted this at the very beginning of the stay. We brought it to the attention of the management, they were not going to do anything about it. I requested having it repaired. Someone was sent to the house to look at it & we were told the part needed ordered & couldn't be repaired. That was it! I requested some compensation for this inconvenience and Linda was happy to give us a late check out. We loved the location & the convenience to the beach. All the neighbors were very friendly & helpful.

Nice Property

This was a nice property for a group of friends to enjoy vacation together yet have enough space to also find alone time. Location is great with regard to lots of restaurant choices. Pool and hot tub were very nice, property was very clean and pretty well stocked, would recommend.

We just cannot say enough good things about this property. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but within walking distance of the beach (the perfect beach!) It was roomy for 6 people, with a pool and hot tub. A large kitchen with all the amenities and a dining area where we played hours of games. It was just perfect! Can't wait to rent it again.

Great house and location

We had four senior couples and the house comfortably accommodated us. It was very clean. The only reason we didn’t give it a five star rating is because of the meager furnishing of garbage bags and toiletries and no laundry detergent. When contacted Tripower stated they furnish the basic amounts which we found to be rather stingy.

Family Thanksgiving trip

Great location. Property very clean. Lots of room for a family. Everything you need for beach, pool and even exercise if you so choose on your vacation. Owners were very approachable and receptive. Would stay here again.

Great Spring Break!

This home was perfect for a moms & sons Spring Break. Plenty of room for 7, super clean and well equipped vacation rental. Conveniently located mid island. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy beach access with a short walk. Lovely pool and spa. We had a great time!

March 2018 Stay

Thank you for a lovely stay! The house was perfect for our needs - 4 adults and 4 teenagers who routinely had other teenagers over. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked - ample seating room in the dining room and we all enjoyed the two deck areas. The pool area was also great. Very close to beach ( 10 minute walk or less - most days had someone in the group drop us off at main drag - Estero - and just crossed the street for the beach) Junkanoo on the Beach had awesome food and drinks - and beach chairs available for only $7 a day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
