Spacious 3 Bedroom Blue Mtn Village

Welcome to this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located directly at the bottom of the ski hill for a ski in/ski out experience. This spacious condo can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. Enjoy spectacular day/night mountain views while watching TV or sitting outside on the balcony. Walk only 3 mins and find yourself in the Blue Mountain Village with a variety of local shops, restaurants, year-round entertainment & the slopes!

The Space
You will be delighted when you walk through the condo into the main living area with its high vaulted ceilings making the space bright and inviting. This super cozy, recently renovated condo offers you a premium ski and year-round activities vacation. Just picture yourself relaxing in front of a warm fireplace, looking out at the mountains while sharing a memorable holiday with family and friends.

Kitchen
This kitchen offers all of the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining. The open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are centered with access to the balcony with a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need including all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools. A long wooden table in the dining area will provide plenty of seating for your group while dining and enjoying the company of loved ones. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings!

Living room
The living room area is bright and spacious with its high vaulted ceilings and large windows, enhanced by breathtaking views of the mountainside. Curl up and enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show on the large Smart TV while warming up in front of the electric fireplace. There is lots of space in this living room for entertainment and to gather around with your group. Kindly note, the wifi at this unit is not strong.

Bedrooms
This unit features three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed along with a Daybed, 40" TV and ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The Master bedroom window opens to the living room, use caution or close the window with children. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a Single Bunk bed as well as a Trundle bed if needed. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay!

Other things to note:
Last Summer, the exterior stairs for the complex were replaced and although the bulk of the renovations have been completed there are still a few items that we thought we'd share with you:

- At this point in time, none of the units at Cachet Crossing have functional AC. We've spoken to the condo association and they have set an estimated repair completion date for the week of June 9-13. Kindly note that this date is tentative and weather dependent.

- The balconies for all 2nd- and 3rd floor units are temporarily closed and are not accessible to guests. This includes any BBQs.

- You may notice exposed junction boxes inside the property but they do not pose a safety concern. All wires have been capped off and tucked inside.

- Each unit is provided with only 1 parking pass but we can provide you with alternative arrangements. This is based on a first-come-first-served basis so please reach out to our team should you require additional parking.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
