Central heating and air condition! Cable and HIGH SPEED SAMSUNG triple MESH WIFI System! TWO 65 inch 4k TVs. One 49 inch TCL 4K. 3 refrigerators 2 fireplaces! Be sure to look at the floor plan to choose your bedroom before you arrive! Monday Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum. Lots of broken furniture that could use sprucing, doors were damaged and could also use fixing, we had issues with water leaking from ceiling into basement movie theater room, would have liked bigger trash cans as we had to take out garbage too often. Wish the host would provide firewood so we could have used the fire pit and not had to bring our own wood. Would have liked more hooks in the bathrooms. Loved the open concept and large living room/kitchen area! Enjoyed the long tables for lots of people to sit, porch was nice to sit outside at night. Bathrooms were clean, large nice space, and in working condition. Happy to have lots of rooms to host the max of 30 people comfortably!

The bedrooms and sleeping arrangements were great for our group. As well as the common areas and basement space for the kids. We had an issue with the smoke detectors going off (3 times) as well as several kitchen chairs being on the verge of breaking. Hot tub wasn’t clean and bunk beds were missing top sheets.

Perfect house for what we wanted. 10 adults and 10 kids that had a great time at this house. Nice open space in the yard for 10 teenagers to play, would have been great if there was some light out back. Had a slight issue with a leak from the AC unit downstairs but our text was answered very quickly.

This place was perfect for our golf group of 19. Photos of the house were spot on. Upon arrival everything was very clean. I would love to stay again. Thank you so much for renting this house to us.

Good place for family reunion

Very nice property. Overall good experience. Outdoor could be maintained a little better. Bee hive in children’s play area, glass on the floor, etc. inside was clean. Would not mind booking again for next event. Host was responsive.

Great property, great host

We had a great time! It's a wonderful house with lots of rooms. Great for a large group. Could use a few finishing touches, particularly in the bedrooms (some have no closets or dressers, and those with closets have nowhere to hang clothes). Otherwise, the host was very helpful. There was a snowstorm the last night we were there and they made sure a snowplow came and cleared the path for us. I'm sure we'll be back next year!

Cherokee retreat

Very spacious with lots to do at the house. Basketball court and movie room were a big hit. The back deck was large enough for all to hang out and relax while kids played. Plenty of room for all to have meals together. Was a great trip!!

Great Family Reunion!

The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family reunion weekend. 25 people stayed without crowding and the home was extremely clean. Make sure to bring your own kitchen towels as well as bathing towels as those were not stocked. The kitchen was otherwise well stocked. We will be back!

Beautiful natural setting, house needs some TLC

We had our annual family reunion here and while the house had sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms, and the setting is truly lovely (if you enjoy woodlands, which we do), too many basics were lacking to be really comfortable. The bedrooms don’t have room for dressers, but could use nightstands and lamps. My 91 yo dad slept with his suitcase on his bed - he can’t live out of a suitcase on the floor. The only storage pantry in the kitchen has no shelves. The ice maker didn’t have a container to catch the ice. One closet was missing a rod. There’s only enough living room seating for 6 people. The WiFi is spotty at best (not the owner’s fault here - they replaced the modem during our stay to try to resolve this & we appreciate that, but it didn’t fix the issue), but if you need WiFi to work, it’s not reliable. The fire alarm went off at random at least twice a day. The dishwasher is missing some roller wheels & it’s a wrestling match every time it needs to be loaded or unloaded. There are zero amenities - not a single roll of TP, a garbage bag or a dish pod to get you started. I don’t want to be a downer about our stay. We had fun & enjoyed the beautiful setting. The hot tub is great on cool nights. The dining room had enough seating at two long tables for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes & utensils. The back deck is spacious & peaceful. The kids loved the basketball court & theater room. The local town is walkable. So much potential but the house needs some TLC.

Large group

Lovely cabin to host a large group. Kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed to prep our meals. Plenty of entertainment right on the private property. Bring your own TP and towels as mentioned in description!

Big house

On arrival we found some cleanliness issues. Notified Vrbo contact and was handled immediately. Need new grill. Charcoal grill was unusable. Only 2 couches in living room for our family of 28. Otherwise things were great. Would go back. We got lucky and got snow. Used fire pit And drive way was plowed quickly.
