Serenata 6 está ubicada en un lujoso desarrollo dentro de las puertas del exclusivo resort Punta Mita, que incluye 6 villas de lujo en la séptima calle de un campo de golf Jack Nicklaus Signature con vistas a la Bahía de Banderas. Las villas están independientes en lotes individuales grandes, cada villa cuenta con lujosos acabados interiores, su propia piscina climatizada con hermosas vistas al campo de golf en todo momento. Esta villa de 4 habitaciones ofrece un amplio espacio, lujo y la serenidad que uno busca durante unas merecidas vacaciones. Aproveche el fantástico clima de playa durante todo el año con una verdadera vida en interiores/exteriores, ya que las paredes de la amplia sala de estar desaparecen y revelan la piscina privada.

El alquiler incluye limpieza diaria, y como parte de ese servicio, la ama de llaves preparará una deliciosa comida casera estilo familiar cada día, ya sea desayuno o comida, solo debe pagar el costo de la comida. También incluye el Golf de Membresía Premier, un carrito de golf de 6 asientos y su concierge personal. Se pueden alquilar carritos de golf adicionales por un costo adicional si es necesario.

Tenga en cuenta que hay una tarifa de servicio del 3% que se enviará como una solicitud de pago adicional a través de VRBO y se debe pagar al hacer la reserva.

La Membresía Premium Punta Mita (GOLF) incluye acceso a Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club y el nuevo El Surf Club en La Lancha. (pueden aplicarse tarifas)

We stayed here last year and loved it. It's still a wonderful place. We adore Lea who was amazing, even making a gorgeous cake for our grandson's birthday. Pedro was extremely helpful. We look forward to strain my here again.

The Perfect Stay!

Loved Fernanda! She really made the birthday trip special for me. We did have small issues with the property such as a broken dishwasher, AC in master bathroom, 2 golf carts with broken lights, and hot tub heater not working the first night but Fernanda was there first thing every morning to help out and make sure we were enjoying our stay. Perfect stay for a group as large as 3 couples and 2 others!

Great vacation

Overall, the house was fantastic and had all of the expected amenities. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub not heating properly, the pilot light going out on the water heater, and the wifi not working well, but the property management team was very responsive and addressed all of the issues in a timely fashion. Our concierge, housekeeper, and private chefs were all fantastic.

Amazing time!

Our group of nine (two different families) stayed five nights, and we had an incredible time. The house worked perfectly: kids in the bunkroom, a couple in each of the other two bedrooms, and a nanny who came with the other family.Pedro was a first-class concierge, and Leo was truly outstanding - doting on our kids and babies, making incredible breakfast every day, and ensuring that every need was met. Punta Mita is also an incredible gem. We loved the beach clubs, golf, food (both inside the gates and out). We will 100% come back next year.

La Serenata

House was beautiful - everything seemed brand new and it was impeccably clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Location was perfect - close to town and easy golf cart ride to all the beach clubs. Fernanda with Vallarta Rentals was also great - took care of everything and was very quick and responsive. At the house, Leo was also great - prepared breakfast, salsa and guac and made great margaritas! Also did laundry, etc. Made the stay wonderful. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful. The concierge was great as was Leah, the cook/cleaning person. The only real problem was the construction noise just across the golf course and there was no view.
