Perfect family vacation home. Great location - beautiful inside and out! Jose, the chef, was fantastic and Jessica, our concierge was very helpful. Walking distance to Pacifico beach club and right on the 4th whole of the Pacifico golf course. We will definitely come back!!

Our family had a wonderful family vacation at your villa in Punta Mita. We so appreciated the staff.

The service and nice touches on property were excellent. The gardens were well kept, the villa spotless, and the location was perfect. Sare made arrangements for an 80th birthday party for my husband, which was so festive and fun.

Great for families!

This property was perfect for our extended family. Having our own pool was great for kids. The chef was excellent. The check in process was easy and our concierge had everything ready to go. The room layout worked well for two families with young kids and grandparents. We have stayed at different properties in Punta Mita and this was our favorite so far. We will be back!

True paradise

We had the most exceptional stay in 1/25. The home is exquisite- even better in person than pictures. The staff is incredible. Jessica, the property manager is so responsive and helpful. Jose, the chef, is next level amazing. His food was better than all the restaurants. We are dreaming about his food! The beach clubs are so luxurious. I can’t wait to come back. I’ve been so spoiled by this property and staff that I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

Perfect for our Spring Break

The house was great for our two families and had a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean beyond that. We had everything we needed and incredible service. Jessica, the concierge helped us with all of our pre-planning and was always available for us during our stay if we needed anything. We got to wake up to Jose's amazing breakfasts each morning and Irma kept the home beautiful and clean! It was a great week with our families in a great home!

Punta Mita perfection

Not only is this property beautiful, with fantastic views of the 4th hole and the ocean, but the furnishings are also beautiful and comfortable. Weslig is a great chef and very easy to work with...all of his meals were delicious! Marissa made us feel so welcome and did a super job keeping the home in perfect condition. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended!

Beautiful home, excellent service, wonderful vacation!

The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. Pool and views were lovely. It was just as described and pictured on the website. The location within Punta Mita was great. As a multi-generation family, we enjoyed having a place that could accommodate us all, and give us the luxury of privacy. The concierge, chef, and housekeeper all did a marvelous job making our vacation easy and fun. For potential renters: the 4th bedroom (with bunkbeds) is a small space, so it is best suited for children only. The main bedroom is up a flight of stairs in case you are traveling with someone who has limited mobility. We would absolutely repeat with this property, and definitely recommend it.

Amazing Week!!

We just returned from a 7 day stay at Las Palmas 9 and are already looking to head back. This is one of the best vacations we have been on and it has largely to do with the house and staff! The house is in the best location in Punta Mita, between the St. Regis and Four Seasons. The sunsets will kick off your evening. Sare was our concierge and did everything for us and was so easy to work with. Eduardo is the man when it comes to cooking. He cooked for 8 of us and made some of the best Paella I have ever had! The kids loved him and ate everything he made. Mary was there everyday, with her huge smile and cleaning up after 8 of us. The staff is truly amazing and felt like family by the time we left.

A beautiful house with great staff... and some issues

We were 2 families with 2 kids each, sharing this house for a week. First, the good: this is a beautiful house in a great location with a lovely view, access to all the beach clubs, and an excellent staff. Eduardo the chef is exceptional in every way, Mary the housekeeper is fantastic, and Sare the concierge was friendly and helpful with booking trips and massages. That said, we had issues that prevented us from enjoying our stay to the fullest. The car service they sent was almost 30 mins late picking us up from the airport. When we arrived, the hot tub would not heat, and even after it was fixed 2 days later, it was still sometimes only lukewarm. The bunk bed room is less a bedroom and more an office or a maid's room; it's much smaller and cramped than it appeared in the photos, it's right next door to the kitchen and the “closet” for it is in the hallway that the staff uses to store kitchen and cleaning supplies. It also doesn't have a ladder to the top bunk, making it impossible for a child to climb down without help, so the top bunk was unsafe/unusable. A bathroom had water pressure issues that had to be repaired at our request. The owner’s golf carts that he rented us at a high price were slow with low power. The suggested cash tip for the staff is very high – $15 per guest per day per staff member – so we ended up “tipping” $1,400 for the week (not a typo), which left us feeling like the housekeeping and breakfast/lunch chef service were not actually included in the rental fee, though that was stated in the listing. The owner of this home, Brock, didn’t appear to care that we were unhappy about the above issues. Instead it seemed like he was affronted that we had issues with his home, suggesting that we were welcome to find a new place, and noting that the previous guests hadn't experienced the issues we had. Things got uncomfortable at the end, and ultimately, the experience left us the opposite of relaxed. This is for the most part a lovely house, but it would be better if the issues above were rectified, and the service from the owner improved.

HI Diedre We are so gratified that you actually did find the Casa Bonnie-ta beautiful, well located and with great views! We will pass on your kind comments about our staff to them as they will be happy to hear them. I do take exception to your comment that we were unresponsive. Our team had a constant stream of service providers to the Villa to attend to your every criticism and complaint (real and imagined) - to the point that when it seemed that there would be no end to your issues I felt that perhaps the only solution would be to offer you a full refund so that you might be able to find another location more suitable to your liking. The ladder to the bunk beds was broken by one of your children and it has since been replaced with another. As was explained to you, the Spa is kept at a constant temperature of 102 degrees F. and is on an automatic timer to run from 10AM through 11PM daily. At your 'request' we did have our pool specialist to the villa the following morning to adjust the temperature to 104 degrees and have it operate 24 hours daily. The golf carts are in perfect working condition and are constantly maintained. Unfortunately, they are driven by electric golf cart motors and will slow down sometimes when they are loaded with 6 - 250 pound individuals going up a steep hill. As I attempted to explain to you, the tips to our staff are completely up to our guests' discretion and are in no way mandated by ourselves or our Concierge. Whatever amount you decided to tip our great staff members was not in any way sanctioned by anyone else other than yourself. In the future, I would respectfully suggest that perhaps Villa rentals may not be the best option for you - at least not ours! Truly Brock

Restful and peaceful

Very accommodating with the private chef and housekeeper. We were catered while we were in the home. Nice views while being on the golf course while being able to see the water. We were only minutes away from the beach. Our concierge Sare was amazing and help us with any questions or concerns.

Absolutely Beautiful Property

We visited Punta Mita with our adult children and absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Bonnie-ta! The property was beautiful and spacious and comfortable. Sare took care of all our concierge needs and made all the details easy and seamless. Eduardo cooked delicious food and the house was spotless each day thanks to him and the housekeeper! The pool and hot tub are even bigger than they appear online and it was so nice to have our own private backyard space to relax in. We loved using the golf carts to get around Punta Mita and ride over to the beach club that was just a short 5 minutes away. We are already planning and looking forward to visiting again and staying at this villa!

Relaxing, rejuvenating holiday!

Gorgeous spot with all the amenities, plus the beach clubs and outdoor activities make Punta Mita an ideal vacation for anyone. Our Chef Eduardo and housekeeper Marissa were outstanding and accommodating at all times. Not an inexpensive holiday but one that was very worth it for R&R.

House was great - location too

Our trip ended up being a fiasco but it was not the rental‘s fault. One of the kids had a cold and although they tested negative for Covid at home prior to the trip, she tested positive after arrival. This forced us to cut the trip short and the chef and maid didn’t return (totally understood!). The house was quite nice although the pool equipment was loud. Otherwise, it is undoubtedly a great location and a nice house. .

Luxurious and Relaxing

Everything about our stay at Las Palmas Villa #9 was wonderful! Our concierge Sare, our housekeeper Mary, our chef Eduardo, and our driver Armando all contributed to our great time. The villa is beautifully located on the golf course with a view of the ocean waves in the distance. We went surfing, had some great meals in town and Sayulita, but also so enjoyed hanging out around the pool/hot tub at the villa just reading and sitting in the sun.

Wonderful family vacation

We loved the trip to Punta Mita. The house was not only beautiful but very spacious for 3 families. We enjoyed the space, pool and location right on the golf course and just a quick walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and the concierge was as well. We had breakfast and snacks prepared every day. The customer service from the chef was exceptional. Thank you for making our trip easy and relaxing. Steph

Unbelievable Vacation!

What a blast! We had an amazing time in Punta Mita at this villa! We were right on the beautiful Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and less than 100 yards from the lovely beach! The only natural island hole in the world 100 yards away is quite a sight to see! The Resident's Beach Club is a quick 30 second walk down the beach and a great place to get away to during the day. We also had access to the St. Regis Beach Club and the Kupuri Beach Club!

We will be back ASAP!

WOW! What a wonderful family vacation! The duplex is extremely private, something we very much value, and the decor was immaculate. The outdoor patio is so amazing that we had all of our breakfasts outside by the pool. Our daughters, ages 11, 13, and 16, very much enjoyed the small pool to cool off in before and after a day at the beach, or after one of the adventures we had outside of the resort area. The Residents' Beach Club had fantastic service and a beautiful beach, just a 5 minute walk away from the house. The town right down the hill is very accessible and we took a fantastic private boat trip to the Marietas. We ate at a variety of restaurants in town, as well as inside the resort and Sayulita. All were great. Favorite surprise?... Waking up to the chirping birds every morning. We absolutely hope to return to this home again.

Can't Wait to go Back!

This was one of the best trips of my life. There were 8 men staying at the house for my 40th bday. The house was amazing. I had done a lot of research and wanted a "wow" factor and it was just that. The view was so beautiful and every bedroom was more gorgeous than the next. I also loved the location- it was quiet but also very close to everything. We had massages at the house which were great too. I can't wait to go back.

We felt that the location, size and architectural layout of Villa Bonita / Villa 9 was without question the best. During the construction process, we were also able to enlarge the bedroom areas, the swimming pool, install a saline filter system, add a huge spa adjacent that waterfalls into the pool, expand the pool terrace in addition to many other custom touches. Las Palmas Villa 9 is located at a cul-de-sac at the end of the private access road that runs behind the view/Westerly facing Villas in Las Palmas. This very private location is totally unique. Added to this is the fact that there are no other Villas or construction of any kind beyond it nor to the East/behind it giving it added privacy.
