This stunning 1 bed / 1 bath condo is located on the Third Floor with beautiful marsh and canal views and breathtaking sunset views. This condo is in the heart of the Island and is just a short walk to the Beach Access. Perfect for couples and solo adventures. Featuring an updated space and beach themed decor, this space is perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. **Due to the low nightly price, Amenity cards are NOT available. You cannot purchase them either. I do not have a membership.”

Simple & Convenient

Photos presented a brighter & more glamorous place, but it was clean, well stocked with basics and perfect for our short stay. The bed was super comfy (like a soft cloud)...we loved it, but if you have back issues & need a firmer bed, this one is not for you.My favorite was their coffee bar setup and sitting on the porch with the gorgeous view of the marsh.

Anniversary Getaway

We had never been to Fripp. This was a new experience for us and we were very pleased with the outcome. The condo was clean and cozy with a nice veiw from the balcony. Lindsay was a very good host and we look forward to returning in the future.

fantastic vaca

If you are staying on Fripp and don't need one of the big houses this condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Located in the middle of the island and right behind the pickle ball courts. So close to the beach, just cross the road and you are there. The owner was responsive to all of my questions. Beautiful condo and was stocked with all we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was heaven.

We had a wonderful weekend and this property meet all of our needs. There were a few things that could have been on hand but we made do. For instance no ice trays so we had to buy ice. Wanted to cook eggs but no egg pan, made scrambled in a larger skillet instead. It was was very clear that the owner was not a member and therefore wouldn't have use of amenities. The beach was very close and just a short walk, and we didn't feel a need for the pools, but it would have been nice to been able to go to a restaurant on island for breakfast. If we come again we will probably look for one with member cards or passes... I'm not saying that anyone should be discouraged from booking cause we had a fabulous time on our anniversary weekend getaway and did know going in that this was not included. The host was very quick to respond and we were able to get a vehicle pass to get on the island before check-in time.

The floors were dirty the garbage disposal didn’t work no light in living room the fan on balcony didn’t work and too many stairs and door was hard to lock

It was good

We did not like being on the third floor. I assumed when it said third floor that there was an elevator. Also feel that we should had amenities cards available to purchase or two free with our stay. It makes you think that you access to the pool and other things.

Nice 1-Bedroom in Excellent location

We had a very nice stay in this updated one-bedroom Beach Club villa on Fripp Island -- ideally located right across from the Beach Club and a short walk to the ocean. The space is comfortable with a nice deck overlooking the marsh. Please know that his unit is on the 3rd floor...and there is no elevator. 35 steps up and down got a bit tiring (especially hauling groceries!). But as long as you are prepared for the exercise, you will enjoy the unit.

Perfect Size

This condo was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I with our dog. Everything was very clean and the decor is adorable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the fan on. It’s on the 3rd floor so that was the only annoying part with our dog. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Great getaway at Fripp

Clean and well kept rental with a beautiful view of the marsh. Spent time watching the sunset from the balcony. The place had everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

The condo/apartment is well managed, clean and pleasant view. Note that It's located on the third floor, walking up and down the outside stairway is unpleasant, especially if you are carrying heavy luggage, cooler, groceries etc.
