Located in Osage Vistas community. This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a living room with formal dining area. The large kitchen with breakfast nook is equipped with everything you need during your stay. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer and small bar area. You will enjoy the large screened in porch as well the large open deck on the front the unit. The community offers several pools, tennis courts, children’s play area and more.

Very Disappointed!

1st of all I’d like to say the condo was spacious, great location with a limited but nice water view. It was clean. That being said…It started out by being Given the wrong address. The address sent to me didn’t exist. Luckily the POA ofc was opened to help me. Looked it up by the unusual first name. The unit is VERY outdated and VERY worn. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. Kitchen faucet broken and difficult to use. Walls dirty. Vinyl peeling off dining room chairs and had to cover with towels to sit on. Knobs missing off bedroom cabinet. Couch broken. Balcony large but door handle broken and floor filthy. Could only open sliding door approx 15-18”. Blinds broken. Looked to be new small jacuzzi tub put in but flooring not fixed around base of tub. This could be a very nice place with a total update and repairs. I hate giving a bad review but you should b aware of what you’re getting.

Birthday gone wrong

Let me just start the mood, Friday check in day i did not receive my check in code, I sent multiple messages to the host and also called her with no answer, i eventually had to call VRBO she started that she had not received confirmation of my trip. Once i relayed this message to VRBO she called back and I was able to merge the calls, one verified with VRBO my code was sent about an hour later. Once we made it to the condo 3 hours later at 3am, with 1 failed attempt to get in we were finally in the condo. To my horror the condo looked as if it had not been cleaned in months, the first thing i was were the patio blinds were missing about6-8 blinds, there were dead flies everywhere in the kitchen on the counter, in the lighting in the kitchen, on the living room floor, on the TV stand. As we started turning on lights in the condo we noticed that the lights in the kitchen did not work, my husband had to change the bulbs in the kitchen which 1 light was able to turn on. We contacted the hosst and she had an electrician come out the next day. As we moved around the condo at 3a we noticed the bedding in both rooms were dirty, there were no pillow cases on the pillow and the sheets had hair all over them. The water was not working and my husband had to turn on the main valve to get water flowing. Oh the only TV in the condo did not work! We had to wash our own bedding, wow! I have ran out of characters to finish my story, the host did communicate but this was the worst vrbo ever
