Spacious, Luxury, Lake Oasis

The owners of the condo is the Salant Family. We are made up of Sherry and Gary Salant, the mom and dad. Gary is a retired entrepreneur and Sherry retired from teaching high school at Francis Howell in 2012. She opened up her art gallery in 2014 H-art and Soul Gallery in Chesterfield, Missouri and is a full time artist. You can see some of her art in the condo. Sherry and Gary have two daughters. Lauren, their oldest is married to Nick and is living in Colorado Springs and is pregnant and due in August. Lauren owns a vintage shop in downtown Colorado Springs and Nick is a salesman for a local beer company. Lindsey is married to Keith and they live in St. Louis. Lindsey is a first grade teacher at Marvin Elementary and Keith works for a dental company. Their son is one year old and his name is Sawyer. We all love animals and each of us has loving, adorable dogs. Sunshine is Gary and Sherry's 12 1/2 year old while Sage and Ripley are our granddogs. When I was pregnant we bought a condo in Osage Beach and the family grew up going there all of the time for fifteen years. As our daughters got older we sold the condo. Now that they have their own families, they realize how they want their families to grow up with a lake condo for all of us to go to. The family loves a good speed boat ride or pontoon cruise but the pools have always been what they love best so we chose a condo with six wonderful outdoor pools and one indoor pool. There are events and activities always going on at the Regalia hotel and conference center and it is for us and our guests to enjoy. We also thinks it is great to have access to the three restaurants and snack bars on property. You never have to leave the property if you don't want to leave, everything is right here. The kids have always loved miniature golf and go carts and both are within five minutes from the condo.

I love the Osage Vistas Condominiums. There is no safer neighborhood, there are safety measures so that you kids can be playing past dark and they make certain only people who belong there are there. We really chose this neighborhood because it is close to everything. The most fun activities at the lake are either at Bagnell Dam or off of HH. There are so many restaurants and activities. We used to stay here all of the time when our kids were young. They were glad to go in the lake but what they really love are the pools-six outdoor pools and the Hippopatamus pool is the largest outdoor pool at the lake. There are events and concerts not only in the summer but into the fall and spring. I like to go to the indoor pool in the cooler months and the indoor wiegh room can't be beat. If you are a golfer, it is a block away. If you are a foody, restaurants galore are within five minutes. Want a boat ride? THe dock is minutes away and you can rent a boat at the dam.Everything is right here. Our favorite restaurant is five minutes away-Lil Rizzos. Our fav miniature golf is five minutess away-Sugar Creek. The dam is always fun for all ages.

It is gorgeous-all new appliances, all new floors and furniture. You feel like you are in the most wealthy condo, and you are, all 1735 square feet of luxury. The two bathrooms are larger than many bedrooms at other condos. Each bathroom has double sinks, jacuzzi tubs and a walk in shower. Both bathrooms are full of light flowing in the giant covered windows. Two fireplaces-two!!! How romantic for a couple that once to celebrate or an entire family is spread out enough that you won't get into each other's hair. Your high speed internet, four tvs with cable, and games galore can keep you busy if you never leave the condo.
