Acerca de este alojamiento

Charming shotgun nestled in historic mansion row.

New Albany is returning to its former glory. Once ranked highly for Ohio river personal & business adventures. Revisit history. Stroll down Main Street, one block over, and sense and experience the grandeur of 1900’s mansions. Imagine the pride of William Culbertson seeing his 1867 showcase home been built. 1010 Market is hardly a shadow of that splendor yet it greets you with tremendous loving charm. This pocketbook-sized “ mansion” offers you a quiet, comfortable retreat.

We loved the area; the property was ok. Pat was nice but communication was somewhat limited and we received a bill for a pet fee that wasn’t included in the rate.

Great Pet-Friendly Rental

We had a great experience at this property. Pat was extremely responsive and helpful; our dog even had a toy and treat waiting for him when we checked in. The property was clean and located in a great spot for quick trips across the river to Louisville. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything Pat!

In the Heart of Historic New Albany

The host though of everything - full stocked with snacks, drinks, paper-ware/toiletries, linens, etc so that we could check n and relax. Attentive to questions. Location is 1 block from Mansion row (Culbertson Mansion and Scribner House are must sees!) plus walkable shopping and dining options. We would highly recommend this rental for couple and furbaby.
