It’s a charming house with lots of character and charm and feels spacious even though it’s small in size. Modern decor on the inside, with comfortable Queen and Full size beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with washer and dryer.
Fun relaxing hot tub after a day of exploring Kentuckiana. It is located in a quiet , safe neighborhood out of the hustle of the city, but only 5 miles to Louisville
Spacious living room with a comfortable couch and pouf to put your feet up and watch any show on a 55’ Smart TV or pull the coffee table closer and play some board games.
Bedrooms comes with comfortable mattresses and a smart TV each.
Kitchen has all the necessities you can think of with a Keurig Coffee machine.
Outdoors is where the fun is happening with a 4 seater HOT TUB and gas fire pit.
We’re a pet free house, but only allow 2 small dogs at a time and no cats. If you do have more pets that you’re bringing please first check with me, there will be added on fee.
We have a camera at the front door for your safety and the safety of the house.
The whole house will be yours to use as well as the hot tub and gas fire pit outside which is in fenced in backyard for privacy.
