"Linkside Luau" is disability and child-friendly. It is situated with only a 2" step leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house on the main floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).

THE ENTIRE HOUSE HAS JUST BEEN REMODELED!

There is a king sized bed in the huge, 2nd floor master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and bay out the back window and off the deck. The master bedroom has exclusive access to the sunny deck and has a double-sink, private bathroom with a walk-in closet. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

A queen bed is in the first floor master suite en-suite access to the full hall bathroom.

Two double beds (one lofted) make up the large guest room on the main floor with a sliding glass door to the expansive covered, back patio. A half bathroom is connected to the bedroom. The décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home!

Every bedroom now has 4-6 canned ceiling lights and a ceiling fan. The rooms are light and bright, and you'll just love them!

The living room has a HUGE sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. You will find a Bluetooth speaker ready to be linked to your phone to stream the music you enjoy. The living room also has a Roku/smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Linkside Luau."

This privately-owned home has a large new kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a hip and sunny subway tile backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available as well as a traditional coffee maker, and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

There is a full size washer (extra large) and dryer in the hall bathroom with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Linkside Luau" is unbeatable and simply put - it's amazing! A covered patio spans the entire backside of the house complete with a dining table (seats 6), an additional round gas firepit table with 4 rocking swivel chairs, a large hammock, and a full-sized grill. Three lighted ceiling fans have been added in addition to the several canned lights. The backyard is completely private from other neighbors as we are situated perfectly to view the golf course and the bay. The sunsets are truly spectacular and there are no homes between "Linkside Luau" and the shore of the bay, giving you a private sunset view each and every night from the covered patio or the upstairs deck off the master suite.

"Linkside Luau" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand and desk, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.

* Golf cart keys and propane for the grill and firepit will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned
