Spend lazy days relaxing by the private pool and spa overlooking the mountains and river in beautiful Indian Palms Country Club or opt for a quiet read in the hammock. Spend your evenings out on the covered lighted patio wining and dining fireside with family and friends after a day of golf, tennis, shopping, you name it this resort style gated community has it all including a Championship 27-Hole Golf Course. Close to restaurants and shopping everything that the desert is known for.

This home also includes a gas BBQ for the nights that you want to take a break from dining out. Inside the vacation home you'll find an open floor plan that provides plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining and dining indoors.

The kitchen is well equipped and spacious to satisfy the needs of any gourmet. A gas range, double oven, microwave, prep table and ample granite counter space, service ware and all the utensils you'll need to prepare memorable meals for your friends and family while on your vacation.

The living room includes a 50 inch TV along with plenty of comfy furnishings to kick back and enjoy some downtime. The dining area seats a comfortable 6 and is great for card and game playing. There's also seating in the kitchen if you want to breakfast there, oh and the patio table outside that will seat 6.

The roomy master suite includes a California King bed that is super cozy. The en-suite bathroom includes two sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower with 2-heads.

Two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, and offer a queen bed in one room and twin beds in the other room. All guest beds come with comfortable bedding. There is a guest full bath between the two guest rooms. Ceiling fans are in each room, for your comfort.

Indian Palms Country Club is a established guard-gated community. You'll see many friendly residents riding golf carts, jogging, walking and riding bikes while enjoying the surrounding mountains and lakes within and surrounding the 640-acre community.

Other amenities inside the community include lighted tennis courts, community pools, boccie ball, pickle ball, a gym and several community pools.

This home is located in the new section of IPCC, we think you will enjoy our back yard water oasis. You will find it very close to many popular spots and popular events in the valley including the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stage Coach Country Music Festival and equestrian events at the Empire Polo Fields and the Tennis Opens. We are also ten minutes to the La Quinta Resort and village. Many restaurants are all just a short distance from our home. Most restaurants deliver and have easy pick up.

The heated spa is included with your nightly rental. If you desire the pool to be heated, there is an additional charge and is available upon request.
