Zauberhafte typisch Pariser Wohnung

Das Appartement liegt zentral in der Nähe von Montmartre, ist sauber und gepflegt und in einem typischen Altbauhaus im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug). Maxime war nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig

Wonderful Apartment - perfect stay for the Olympic Games

My husband, my mother in law and I had a great stay at this lovely apartment. Very close to the metro, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord only 10 Min. away by foot. The apartment has everything you need to relax after an exiting day in Paris. Supermarket and Bakery very close by. Max was a perfect host, very nice, friendly and helpful! We can highly recommend this apartment and surely will come again!

Very cute apartment in a great location, great value

This was a very cute Parisienne apartment located in a great location, away from touristy spots but easily accessible to the metro (300 feet away) and close to many neighborhood restaurants, groceries, and other shops. It was reasonably comfortable for four people and it had a small kitchen with enough pots and utensils for us to cook several meals. Some people may be bothered by the very creaky floor boards and the cramped split bathroom, but we were able to manage fine. Overall, a great value.

Great Location

This property was very close to the train station and so made our haul with luggage very easy. The unit itself was exactly what we needed for our stay: quiet, well stocked and easy to access. Overall, we had an ideal time. I'd also note the owner was wonderfully kind and helpful. He was easy to communicate with and did a great job of explaining things. Simply, he's a great guy. The only reservation I would give is to anyone with mobility issues: there is no elevator (we could find) and the unit is on the third floor. If you are looking for a good deal and great location in a typical urban building, this is a fine unit. We had a wonderful time.

Awesome Paris Apartment

Great apartment in neighborhood close to metro and multiple cafes, supermarkets, and shopping! Comfortable beds and furniture make it easy to relax after a long day! Located on third floor, so can leave windows open for cool breezes. Host is awesome and great communicator! Thanks for all of the hospitality!

Gut gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung war für 4 Erwachsene für einen überschaubaten Zeitraum ok. Kochen wäre herausfordernd, weil die Küche doch etwas eng ist wie auch die Essgelegrnheit im Flur. Aber fürs Frühstück war es gut möglich. Das Bad ist etwas eng, die Toilette ist extra. Die Schlafzimmer sind angenehm und auch die Umgebung hat uns gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.

Charming apartment

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need for a good stay exploring central Paris. We cooked some meals in the little kitchen, and ate out at some excellent nearby bistrots. We relaxed in the lounge after long days sightseeing and slept well in the beds. It was nice to be able to do some washing too. Overall, a magical stay. We felt very supported by our host Maxime.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our home base while exploring Paris. It’s in a great location — lots to do within walking distance, but also steps away from the metro — and to get there from the airport it was a relatively easy walk from Gare du Nord (could also take the metro to make it even shorter). The beds were so comfortable. The apartment was beautiful, and even though it was small it never felt too cramped. I would absolutely stay here again. Merci Maxime!

We loved the apartment and its location. We especially appreciated how well equipped it was and how responsive Maxime and Teresa were. Their cleaner needs to do a more thorough cleaning which we are sure will happen in the future.

Paris stay

The apartment fitted our needs. Everything was as we expected. 3 stories up was interesting. The checking in process was a little complicated but we managed. Needs a checkout process. Weren't sure what to do with the keys or trash but we worked it out.

Not quite as advertised

We really liked the location but we were disappointed to discover it has only one bathroom, not 2 as advertised. It also has a washing machine but no dryer. A clothesline is the dryer, which is a bit surprising to Canadians like myself. The hair dryer was not there either. The owner did try to make things right and was apologetic but it is very misleading to misrepresent the amenities and I would appreciate the listing be accurate. It’s a cute suite, beds are comfortable, in a very old creaky floored building. Could use a bit of a TLC but for a building of that era to be expected. Great neighborhood and very close to transit.

Absolutely Wonderful

Such a beautiful apartment in such a convenient location. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly and responded to inquiries promptly. We loved our stay there, it was everything we wanted from our Paris experience.

Kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt um zu Erkundungen in die Stadt aufzubrechen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zwar zur Straße, diese ist aber sehr klein und ruhig. Die Küche ist mit allem Grundlegendem ausgestattet.
