Villa 104 2 BR Villa Renaissance

Located on stunning Grace Bay Beach, this two bedroom, two bathroom unit is located just 30 steps from the sand. The services included are full use of pool and beach loungers, umbrellas and towels, guest lounge, pool, whirlpool, tennis court and fitness centre. The management company, Allied Management Services Ltd., provides bicycles, tennis rackets, a cell phone and daily housekeeping and concierge services, and are always on-hand to take care of any special needs.

Villa Renaissance is one of the premier properties in famous Grace Bay and is renowned for its European inspired architecture and tranquil location.

The living and dining areas of this corner villa open directly onto a two level terrace/patio with sweeping views of Grace Bay and the spectacular Caribbean Sea. The upper terrace stretches a full 30 feet wide with plenty of space for alfresco dining and sipping cocktails in the relaxing chaise while the sun goes down.

The villa boasts Italian marble tiles throughout, and includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with crafted maple cabinetry, granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances with the washer and dryer subtly hidden inside a closet. The master bedroom, which overlooks the picturesque mosaic pool and courtyard, features a king size bed and en-suite bath with large soak-in tub and shower, lighted mirror and marble topped vanities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also overlooks the courtyard pool area. Luxury furnishings throughout will leave you feeling pampered and relaxed.

On-site is a lighted tennis court, gym, and luxury spa. Adjacent to the property is the Regent Village retail area and across the street is the Saltmills Plaza where you can find further dining and shopping options. The recently opened Graceway IGA supermarket is a short ten minute walk. Also within a short distance are many more of Provo's finest restaurants, together with several water sports operators should you feel energetic!

White powder sand, clear turquoise blue water, year round tropical temperatures, picturesque sunrises and sunsets will make this a vacation to never forget.

This Villa can also be rented as a one-bedroom, two-bathroom for those couples who want a romantic retreat!

Paradise!

The villa was perfect for 4 adults. Gorgeous views and walk out right to the ocean. Walking distance to most things but may rent a car next time to explore more of the area. We fell in love with Villa Renaissance and hope to be back again next year!

Wonderful Stay

We love the Villa Renaissance, have stayed here five straight years, and Villa 104 did not disappoint. Amazing view, perfectly centralized on Grace Bay within walking distance of so many great restaurants, a very quiet beach (which is one of the best in the world) and we just couldn’t have asked for a better time. The property management has always been excellent!!!!

Beachfront Perfection

The place is exactly as described...literally steps to the sand! The location was great, right near lots of shops and restaurants. When we arrived we were greeted by the Property Manager and she took the time to show us around the unit and the complex. We never had an issue getting beach or pool chairs. Highly recommend this place

Great spot - would definitely return

This was our 7th time to Provo and once again, we were not disappointed. Villa Renaissance is a great spot, in a perfect location. Walked everywhere. The complex is relatively small, too, which was great. Never felt crowded. Views are incredible. My only recommendation would be to improve the gym - equipment is a bit outdated.

KILLER GRACE BAY LOCATION

We loved this condo. I'm only giving the cleanliness a three star because it has a very strong smell of cat urine. We def saw a few cats hanging out on the patio multiple times during our stay. Everything else was great!

Dear Richard, Of course I can only apologize but as no pets are permitted at Villa Renaissance have to assume that the cats you saw were strays and that previous guests had allowed them access to the condo. However this is no excuse as the housekeepers should have noticed and dealt with it. I will inform management about the cat problem. I do hope that you decide to visit again and will make sure that you are on an upper level (206 or 306). Regards, Colin

Back for me in room 104!

Love staying at Villa Ren and in room #104. This was our second time here -staying in the same room. It is the perfect location to everything. Room had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be better lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom. During the day it was fine, however, when the sun went down, lighting was not good for getting ready to go out. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in!

Condo was great as usual. Had 2 issues. Safe battery was dead and light in second bathroom shower was out. It was reported to front desk twice. Couldn't reach either contact person by phone

Villa 104 was just as pictured; clean, comfortable and those views... as pictured but even more beautiful in person! I cannot say enough good things about the unit itself, the grounds, the friendly and helpful staff and of course the most spectacular surrounding area! Overall, a fantastic experience. We have made amazing memories and will most certainly be back!

Just as advertised

We stayed here a week - we have stayed at other properties at Villa Renaissance, and the property is just the way it looks in the pictures. The location has its good and not so good points. Because it is on the ground floor next to the hallway, it is very convenient. However, it also means that it is not as private as other properties. Because Villa Renaissance is not a huge property, the lack of privacy is not a deal breaker.

We will be back!!

We loved this place. The location of this condo was perfect and the property was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed dining by the ocean daily. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a great plus while on vacation. Everything was so close…including our Covid testing which was as just 200m away! We have already told many of our friends to check this place out and book this condo as we will be back for sure!

Gorgeous beach walkout-close to everything!

The view of the water and convenience of walkout were amazing. The unit was comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. Beverly (property manager) was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Villa Renaissance is a small, laid back property very well situated. We walked to all of our dinners, rode bikes to the grocery store etc. Would book again!

This Vacation was absolutely Heavenly! It started with a warm welcoming from Sandeep & a kind tour of our Beautiful beachfront accommodations from Beverly. The location is perfect! Beautiful place

We loved this property, we stayed in 104 a two bedroom two bath condo. It was amazing, gorgeous views of the ocean, steps to the sand. The condo was like staying in a special boutique hotel. Wonderful staff, perfect location, we walked everywhere. Beautiful pool, pool bar, tennis courts and fitness center , umbrellas and chairs on the beach. Can’t say enough about this property, i highly recommend staying here!

Beach Paradise

We loved our stay at Villa Renaissance. The property is beautiful and right on Grace Bay Beach. The pool is beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The view of the beach from the large balcony enticed us to eat out less and order take out/delivery. The unit was fully equipped with any and all cooking needs and we loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit. We didn’t mind, but there is no restaurant on the property, though there is a pool bar for drinks and snacks in the afternoon/early evening. Can’t wait to go back!

Hard to leave!

We (two couples) had a great time. Villa 104 was just as advertised, comfortable, with everything you need. Colin, Beverly and Jessica were all very nice and helpful. Even sent a cake for my husband’s birthday. And Winston makes a great rum punch. First floor location is awesome—extra lounging area and so easy to run for a dip in the ocean (beach is unbelievable). Villa Renaissance is clean, pretty, and in a great location. Many great meals within walking distance. Highly recommend all around.

Home away from Home

The Villa Renaissance is perfectly located on Grace Bay. Shopping, great restaurants, and grocery store are all within walking distance. Staff is wonderful.
