*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. Sterling Reef Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Panama City Beach, offering direct access to the sparkling white sand and all sorts of water sports. If you're looking for a bit of nearby fun, Goofy Golf awaits just across the road and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is around the corner. Take a drive up the coast on Front Beach Road and you'll quickly come to Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Gulf World, and incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. If you head in the other direction, you'll find Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, WonderWorks, and ZooWorld, among other beloved attractions.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
Two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1.
All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
