This high-rise condo features sweeping views of the white sand beach below, a private balcony where you can relax in new patio furniture, and an open layout that brings together the living room, dining space, and full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and updated utensils including a new coffee maker, dishware, cookware, and glassware. The interior has been tastefully appointed with new furnishings and décor including wall art, accent rugs, and furniture. On the grounds, you'll even have access to two cascading beachfront pools (heated seasonally), a grilling area, and a gym overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Not to mention, each night will be a blast with the TV and surround sound, making for a perfect movie night setup.

Sterling Reef Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Panama City Beach, offering direct access to the sparkling white sand and all sorts of water sports. If you're looking for a bit of nearby fun, Goofy Golf awaits just across the road and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is around the corner. Take a drive up the coast on Front Beach Road and you'll quickly come to Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Gulf World, and incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. If you head in the other direction, you'll find Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, WonderWorks, and ZooWorld, among other beloved attractions.

THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 6 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
