Your Panama City Beach adventure begins at this newly furnished 2-bedroom golf villa on the ground floor in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. This unit is new to the rental program. The villa backs up to one of the many ponds with a fountain and also has a view of the golf course. This setting makes for a beautiful evening on the patio. One of the resort pools is within a few steps of the unit and the beach and resort amenities are within easy walking distance or take a ride on the complimentary tram. With a king bed, 2 queen beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, 65-inch Roku Smart TV, Smart TVs in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, large serving bar and eating area, this beautiful property is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the wonderful amenities like WIFI, AC, and a washer and dryer to make your stay comfortable. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation or holiday one to remember.

Parking passes are required to be purchased by guest online in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the Villas gate located off of N Richard Jackson Blvd.. For guest who stay with us for 7 days or longer, we will pay for 1 vehicle parking pass. Parking passes are required for all vehicles an all guests must wear wristbands while on property.

The beach front resort offers eleven pools, four Hot Tubs, a shuffleboard court, tennis courts, pickleball courts, an executive golf course, poolside bar and restaurant, Paradise Pizza, Starbucks, Ice Cream, a small market and endless Florida sunsets.

Perfect. And there is a wonderful welcome basket with wine, treats, water, etc. Loved the golf course atmosphere. Pool right behind condo. Tram ride to beach.

We absolutely loved this property! The place was extremely clean and the rooms were very spacious! The welcome basket was a nice touch! All of the beds were very comfortable. The owners made it very easy for check in and check out and their response times were almost instant. The golf cart shuttle was always quick and convenient to and from the pool. We highly recommend this beautiful condo and plan to come back again

This was an excellent VRBO stay. Possibly the best one I have stayed at. Upon arrival, it was very clean and organized. It was stocked with everything we needed in the bathroom, bedroom, family space and kitchen. It also included plenty of beach items and a rolling cart to take to the beach. Access is on the first floor so no steps and plenty of parking right in front of the door. Access to the back patio area was very nice and we had lots of fun feeding the turtles (tons of them), ducks and fish. There was one minor issue and messaged the host. She responded promptly and got taken care of the next day. This is a gated area so traffic was local to those staying the resort area. The walk to the beach over a bridge was about 7 minutes. Fully stocked kitchen, full size fridge and washer/dryer. Highly recommend this VRBO. I rate it 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at Edgewater 3 times and this way by far the best experience! Melinda and Mike made everything so easy! It was beautifully decorated, very inviting, and had everything anyone needed plus some!

The hosts Mike and Melinda did an AMAZING job decorating and fully equipping their unit with all the special touches you might never think of but inevitably need! Everything was PERFECT the entire stay! We especially LOVED the air fryer, the spice rack, the games under the tv, the outdoor electric grill, and the wagon and chairs for the BEACH! Those were unexpected and SO useful! My husband loved the furniture on the patio to have his coffee each morning. Our kids loved the smart tvs. I was in love with all the kitchen conveniences. We were all happy as clams! Edgewater property is so nice in general but this specific unit/condo was TOP NOTCH! We hope to stay here again next year!

We had an amazing 7-night stay at this property! The villa was clean, neat, cozy, and inviting; the beds were super comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The owner also provides prompt responses to any inquiries. I would stay here again and again.

Excellent location. Gated secure property with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and all amenities. Villa was decorated beautifully and had all of the comforts of home. Large screen TVs in all rooms and comfortable furnishings throughout. Back patio with beautiful lake view perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Will definitely return.
