A spacious home that sleeps 8 and offers many amenities, such as a fenced in yard for toy children and pets. Play equipment, heated pool when season permits, HOT TUB YEAR round, large outdoor grill, fire pit, PET friendly, children friendly and I am located very close to Saratoga Springs which is home to the Race track, concerts, the Saratoga State park with over 2000 acres of trails, golfing, theater, ice skating and snowshoeing. The famous mineral bathhouses!! Casino nearby, Adirondack mountains, Lake George, Saratoga Lake, all nearby and tons of restaurants and night life.

This was the best house I have ever rented. The house was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. We especially love the heated pool and the hot tub. The host was so accommodating and provided us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was elegant and thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The host was incredibly friendly, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Saratoga area rental

This property is perfect for a group of people coming to the area for concert or the races or both. Rhonda met us upon checkin and she was friendly and outgoing and showed us around the property. The pool and jacuzzi were an amazing feature to have at a rental, this place felt like a resort. Definitely will be renting again when we come back to the area!!!

Great Time in a Great Spot

The place was warm, comfortable and full of nice amenities. The backyard was awesome, as we had a great time swimming and grilling. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Will be back in the future if time and schedules permit. What a wonderful family vacation!!

Perfect Weekend!

This home has it all! We were very comfortable with 6 people and our kids had a blast in the pool. The set up is ideal for a getaway- pool, hot tub, games, movies, all the essentials provided. The neighborhood is adorable, quiet and safe and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Will definitely book again!

Family stay for wedding

We had a lovely time relaxing by the fire pit/pool in the afternoon. The house offered us lots of space to enjoy. There were short trails near by for us to take to stretch our legs and the neighborhood was extra quiet for an early morning stroll. A gracious host sharing her lovely home - I would definitely recommend.

Track and golf outing

This was a perfect rental for Saratoga track get away with my nephew a few of his friends and family. The location was great - just a 15-minute drive to track, close to Ballston Spa downtown with shops and restaurants and close to several golf courses. The house was just as described with lots of space and a great outdoor space. We may make it an annual trip!

AWESOME!!

This is a beautiful property with amazing decor and in a very comfortable setting. It had everything we needed and wanted. The hot tub was really appreciated as well as the accommodations. The welcoming gifts from the hostess were awesome. She is definitely a Super Host. We recommend this lovely property to anyone. Also nice that it is pet friendly.

Wonderful stay !

Great neighborhood.Great location, 15 minutes from everything. Great property, used all the amenities. Home very well supplied with necessary items not usually found in other rentals . It was home away from home. Most of all Rhonda our host was a gem . Highly recommend. Our family consisted of 4 adults, 2 teens & Nook the family dog.

The house that has everything!

We were looking for a place to gather with family for the weekend and Rhonda's place was perfect! She had everything you could want for people of all ages. There were toys and activities for my toddler, the fenced in yard for my dog, and the pool and the hot tub were a huge hit for all of us. The house was kept cool and the living space was large and open. Rhonda was very accommodating with our requests in terms of checking in and out. We would definitely stay there again!

Sister’s Bachelorette Party Weekend

Booked weekend trip for sister’s bachelorette. The house was exactly as described. Rhonda was a fantastic host she has everything you need. The backyard is fantastic and a little vacation in itself. Beds are very comfortable and house is very clean. We were there to attend the horse race on Saturday. The racetrack was a 20 min Lyft ride. Overall excellent house and experience!

Comfortable and fun

We had a great stay at Rhonda's. She clearly takes a lot of pride in making the stay pleasurable and relaxing. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The home is very comfortable with a lot of thoughtful details. Rhonda is easy to communicate with and was so sweet to promptly mail me an item I left behind. The neighborhood is very quiet and also convenient. We would return! Thanks!

Amazing! Will book again!

The level of service, cleanliness, care and amenities at this property is extremely high! Close proximity to everything you need and Saratoga Springs is only a 10min drive. Hot tub was sparkling clean and completely relaxing. Big back yard for the dogs, large open concept living space, but still offers privacy in the bedrooms with their own tvs on separate floors if you so wish. The house is spacious and elegantly furnished, spic and span clean. This property FAR exceeded our expectations and we will be book again! Perfect getaway!

I highly recommend this property! The owner was amazing and makes your stay the best it could be!

The house is super clean, spacious, has very comfortable beds with a great location to the track, downtown and restaurants. I went away with other couples and we all agreed this was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch area, on the outside deck and using the backyard to play beanbag toss. There’s also a lovely pool and hot tub. Rhonda is an AMAZING HOST- answers any questions you have very quickly. She does A LOT of little extras no host has ever done and I’ve been going to Saratoga area for many years. Stay here- you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! I can’t thank Rhonda enough for the perfect three night stay! It was an absolute pleasure!!!

Family Vacation 2022

The Ballston Spa house was the perfect place to spend our family vacation. There was plenty of room for our 3 families (7 adults and 2 young children). It was centrally located for our family and friends to visit. As the weather was warm, we were able to enjoy all the outdoor amenities, especially the hot tub and pool. The house was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Rhonda, was very accommodating and available whenever we needed. We highly recommend this rental and hope to plan another stay in the future.

We were in town for a funeral.

We were in town for a funeral and needed a place for our family to gather. This was the perfect house and location for us. Rhonda is a great host. We will be back again hopefully for better circumstances.

Luxurius and restful weekend in NY

Rhonda was a wonderful host. She showed us around the property and a few how-to's when we arrived (fireplace, hot tub operation, firepit). The pool and hot tub was a favorite, especially with the kids. The bedding was incredible. The entire family slept so well with the luxurious pillows, linens, and comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. I especially loved the espresso machine and having latte's in the morning and evening. Highly recommend especially if traveling with family and your pet.

Rhonda was probably the best experience I’ve ever had renting a property. We went for a bachelorette and had everything we needed. She is very kind and and very attentive host. I will definitely keep her property contact for future bookings!

Fun Times

The house was spacious enough for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable. Heated Pool was an asset. nice touches like a bottle of wine and smores kit for our use. Property owner could remove some of her personal things to make more room to put things down. Bakers rack could have been useful, but it was full of knick knacks. Also need more hooks/towle bars for a big group. We had a nice stay. We felt like the owner was on our vacation with us.

You will find my home warm and inviting, featuring every thing you will need. I look forward to sharing what I am so lucky to have here, with you.
My home offers a safe, fun environment for your family, fenced yard, playground, safety features and all the equipment you need for your little ones without having to pack your own. Examples; strollers, pack and play, toys, gates and so much more. Also I am pet friendly so don’t forget to invite All your loved ones.

My home features plenty of space with 4 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 TVs including one in the screen house. Large stone gas fireplace in family room. Large outdoor deck with island grill with built in refrigerator, gad fire pit, 8x8 hot tub, 28 foot round heated pool, fenced yard with playground. Minutes away from Saratoga Performing Arts Center for concerts and the park has over 2000 acres of hiking, mineral springs, featuring the historic Roosevelt bath houses.
Six flags, great golfing, Adirondack mountains, Lake George and so much more are all within a reasonable drive away.
Many fabulous restaurants, boating and outlet shopping are very near.
