This property is one of a kind, situated in Isla Del Sol a very prominent and thriving community with many amenities for you to enjoy. This property is on the water and steps away from the well kept pool, jacuzzi, and beautiful gazebo that overlooks Boca Ciega Bay and you will be minutes away from Paas a Grille and St Pete Beach to the west, historic Fort De Soto state park that has some of the most beautiful beaches in St Pete. You can enjoy long walking or bike trails all throughout this area with stunning views of the water. If you travel a few minutes east you are in downtown St Pete filled with shopping, museums, great restaurants, music, fresh markets and more water views.
The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath
With a fully loaded kitchen for your convenience. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper and a built in Murphy bed
The condo sleeps 8 at the maximum and is very comfortable. The .aster bedroom with water views has a Queen Sleep number bed with an on suite bathroomThe second bedroom has a King bed and a separate bathroom.
Washer and dryer are located in the condo, and there is free parking. Come and stay with us its a great value!

Patty was a wonderful host. The unit is fabulous and the views amazing. My friends and I enjoyed our reunion weekend in this gem! I would definitely rent again!

Wonderful condo!

We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this vacation condo to anyone. It really was just lovely! Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, spectacular kitchen and the prettiest view! If someone would have told me to stand at the kitchen sink and do dishes all day, I may not have minded because the even the view from the kitchen is awesome!

Great property, great host!

We loved the condo in Isal Del Sol. It was perfect for our family of 3, but could have easily accommodated a larger family. The water view from the master bedroom and back patio were great and our 7 year old loved that the pool and hot tub were right out the back door. Patty was a spectacular host, checking in with us often, and quickly answering any questions we had. The condo is convenient to the beaches and a short drive to downtown St Pete. We would reccommend this to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Family with three tweens.

We loved everything about our stay!! Best of both worlds, beach and inland. Water right outside our door for wonderful views and the pool is steps away. If you are wanting a wonderful, peaceful and convenient family getaway you will be thrilled. If you need a roaring and rowdy nightlife I would imagine your noise level will surpass the neighborhood threshold. We will book again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous stay!

There are not enough good things I can say about this experience. Patti, the owner, is so friendly, easy and accommodating. The property is beautiful, nicely laid out, updated in every way, with stunning views of the water and convenient access to the pool. The beds were very comfortable (did not use Murphy bed) and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We were a party of 4 in town for a wedding. We had family join us in the afternoons for lunch/pool/dinner to save food cost since the kitchen is expertly appointed. Great location, close to the beach shopping and country club with plenty of guest parking..

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. At last minute our friends from MN and us from PA decided we all needed a getaway! This house was absolutely perfect, the pool was steps from the sun room, the water view was beautiful! It was a great location, close to everything. We were a little worried because we had 4 kiddos that don't get to see each other often so we're very excited and loud, we didn't want to disrupt anyone, however, every person we met and that met our kids were so kind and mentioned how they enjoyed seeing the kids and our families having fun! Patti was great in responding to any questions. This trip had us falling in love with Florida, especially the gulf coast!!

Familiar and Comfortable

We came to this property each summer with our children as they grew up. We had not been back in 15 years. It was amazing. Came back as a couple. Still beautiful, friendly, and relaxing. Loved our condo and Patty even delivered flowers for my birthday. Going back next year.

Best view!

The property was very clean and had a great view of the bay area. We saw dolphins swimming early in the morning. A very short drive to St. Pete's Beach where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family getaway

Check in and communication was easy. Bedding comfortable. Patti and her husband were nice enough to lend us fishing equipment and tips during our stay. Pool convenient and close was a plus. My mother wanted to stay longer which speaks volumes. Thanks for having us

Great Place!

A friend & I were there June 21st-25th. Great time! No complaints! Property is cleaned/managed. If you like the peace & quiet, you’ll like this place! Beach access is just a mile or so down the road.

Beach vacation for 4 Adults

The property was clean, offered amazing views and modern amenities. Patty was easy to get a hold of and offered an easy check in. She also was very accommodating and contacted me a couple of times to see if we needed anything. The location of the property made going to the beach easy. Fort Desoto ( great beaches) was a 5 minute ride as well as Pass-A-Grille and St Pete Beaches. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We loved our time at the property and had plenty of utensils to make breakfast eafast and pack a cooler for lunches. The pool was very nice and just outside the door of the condo. Very nice place to stay. The pool was nice and warm! Kids loved walking over to the steps and down to the ocean just about 100 feet away. Two rooms were great and fit our family of 6 with no problems! Very nice and quiet as well!

Quiet/Cozy/Beautiful

We had an amazing week exploring the area's amazing views/beaches(Fort Desoto favorite)and excellent food.We would definitely stay at this great condo again if able.I even had a dolphin within 10 ft of me one morning as I was drinking coffee on steps of water.Great getaway to relax at condo or explore the many attractions.

Beautiful!!!

This property was beautiful and made you feel at home away from home! The views were amazing and the pool was literally a few short steps from the room. The hostess, Patty, was great at communicating! My family had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Last Minute Trip

Condo has a great first floor location with a view of the bay and close to the pool. Really nice king mattress. Owner was very responsive to check in issue.
