Spoil yourself and live in the lap of luxury in this phenomenal beach home with a private pool, spa, two decks, ping-pong, well-appointed chef's kitchen, spacious living, and dining areas, six comfortable bedrooms, six baths, queen sleeper sofa, parking for six cars and unbelievably close to the beach and we supply the beach chairs! Nothing has been overlooked for your comfort and convenience. An outdoor dining table that seats six is perfectly located next to the grill and pool area. If you enjoy music while you dine outside, let Mother Nature entertain you with the sounds of the swaying palm trees. Oh, and when we say you are just steps to the beach, we mean it. You'll be wiggling your toes in the warm white sand before you know it. Settle into your favorite spot on the beach and splash in the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect Golf Trip House

Everything about this place is awesome. since we were a group of 20 golfers, the huge basement / garage provided ample storage and still had plenty of room for games. Beach is right there and the provided chairs and beach activities were awesome! 10/10 would stay again

Perfect house for multigenerational gathering

Our family loved our vacation on Hilton Head Island. Our spacious home had spots for everyone to be relaxed and comfortable. We like cooking meals together, so the grand kitchen with two islands fit the bill.

Great house

This was our second time staying at 18 Heron. We enjoyed our first stay a few years ago, and since then they have updated the floors and furniture. Pool was great, house was clean, plenty of room for the two families.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in 18 Heron. Well stocked and they thought of little things that make your stay better like hand soap in all bathrooms for example and beach towels and chairs. Host to Coast was awesome to deal with.

Love this house! It was perfect for our large family of 14. Very close to the beach.

We loved how easy it was to get to the beach from this house and the kids and adults loved the pool. It was a little cooler when we went in September so the hot tub was nice. Would love to come back again! Hilton Head was a very nice place and we rode bikes and walked on the beach everyday

Beautiful house!

Perfect Spring Break house for our 3 families! Beautifully furnished and a great layout for our needs. Quick walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Loved the beach chairs and towels provided. Not having to pack those was a huge help! Loved our trip!!

Fabulous house

Great location, so easy to get back and forth to the beach. The kids absolutely loved the pool which was so conveniently located right outside the front door. The kitchen, dining, living room was so perfect for keeping the family together but not right on top of each other. We will definitely be coming back next year!

18 Heron was a perfect get away for our family. 8 adults and 2 infants had plenty of room, big kitchen, large family room and heated pool. Weather can sometimes be unpredictable in the fall but we had everything we needed to enjoy whatever mother nature had in store

Property very nice. Great location. Elevator was not dependable so didn’t use it. Lots of fun beach toys, chairs and towels. Loved the ping pong table, fuseball table and pool.

Perfect Family Beach House

This was an incredible Beach House for our large family with lots of kids. Everyone had enough space to have fun, relax, and enjoy! The layout and amenities of the house provided anything and everything we could have wanted for our stay. The pool and deck was spacious to accommodate plenty of outdoor activities and lounging. The location to the beach provided ease to trips back and forth for ocean time while proximity to Coligny Plaza allowed for shopping fun!

Family Fun

The property suited our needs well. Initially, we were having difficulties with the Internet but Host2Coast responded quickly and the problem was remedied. We love the location being close to the beach and Coligny. The house has a lot a bedrooms, bathrooms, and work spaces. The porches and pool deck are an added plus.

Our stay at 18 Heron

The home has a great layout. First floor with 2 large king size bedrooms, kitchen, great room with large screen tv and extensive sitting area that accommodated everyone. Second floor bedrooms and wrap around porch sitting area overlooking pool for added privacy. Elevator from garage allows for easy access to first and second floors which we used to transport luggage. The Home had all you could ask for and nice touch when we arrived with a nice welcome package. Home was in great shape and extremely clean. Beach towels were also provided. Loved our stay and host was very responsive to our needs.

Fall family fun

This was the first trip to Hilton Head during the fall season. 18 Heron was perfect for 8 adults and 2 children. We had the pool heated so that when the second half of the week was a little cool we didn’t miss a beat. Plenty of space for napping babies (and adults) The kitchen has everything that you need. We had a couple of minor repairs and the response was same day. We plan to rent next year! :)

1st Family Trip w/all grandchildren

18 Heron St was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms & bathrooms galore. The pool and hot tub, although sometimes uncooperative, were nice with cool, windy weather making the beach a challenge w/infants. The ping pong table hosted a double elimination tournament that was full of laughs and great shots. We couldn’t get the elevator to cooperate either but it wasn’t a deterrent to good times. Host2Coast, the property manager, we’re ultra-responsive and very pleasant. We’d stay with them again.

Ah-mazing!

This house was stunning. The access to the beach is literally, right around the corner. We were pleasantly surprised there was an ocean view from the top deck. We had 5 different families, ages ranged from 3 months - 67, and there was plenty of room for all! The pool is where it's at! We lived in the kitchen and living area, which had PLENTY of room for all 19 of us (3 under 8 months). The beach was clean and beautiful. The property managers were wonderful as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and I loved the app for the house with SO much information about the area and the house itself. We usually don't stay twice in a house when we travel because we like to try new houses, but this is one we said we would all come back to, due to the house itself, and the property managers of Host2Coast!
