Gorgeous Newly Renovated Condo in Creekside Sun Valley
Nestled in the heart of Sun Valley, this luxurious Creekside condo offers quick access to activities and dining while providing a peaceful setting with great views.
This beautiful Sun Valley condo is a one bedroom/one bath that was recently remodeled and offers many wonderful amenities. It has a full kitchen with wood flooring, comfortable living area, heated bathroom floor, walk-in closet, washer/dryer and a deck with gorgeous views! This condo is setup to be your home away from home. The careful attention to decorating gives this condo a warm and inviting feeling that will make you want to stay!
The condo is situated just off of the 18 hole Trail Creek golf course in Sun Valley. Just a short walk to the Sun Valley Village and next to Dollar mountain.
In the winter, the golf course turns into the Nordic center with activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing. This playground is just outside your front door, enabling you to snowshoe or nordic ski right from the condo (pass required).
In the summer, fresh water streams flow to ponds throughout the condo association, and the dimly lighted walkway provides plenty of space for leisurely walks and nighttime stars.
This condo is in a prime location of the Creekside condo association in Sun Valley just off of the Trail Creek golf course. The Creekside/New Villager, Villager, and Dollar Meadows associations are the only condo associations with green space, walking paths, and seasonal fresh water streams and ponds flowing throughout the grounds.
The condo is not next to any roads or parking lots which provides a quiet setting with ample space for kids and adults to play and relax!
Condo Association Rules for Renters. All guests staying at our condo must abide by the rules for renters.

We've been coming to Sun Valley for 25 years. We split our time between Sun Valley, Baja, Mexico and Southern California. We started noticing that were were spending more and more of our time here so we decided to make it our home!
We have 3 grown children - 2 living on Kauai and one living in Southern California. Fortunately for us they all can't wait to come visit us here in Sun Valley!

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it! It's peaceful and quiet and the views of the nearby mountains and surrounding areas are so beautiful. You can walk on the many paths available or take a bike into Ketchum for the evening. The location is one of the very best and we've styled our home to be warm and inviting.

We love Sun Valley and the Wood River Valley because of the wonderful friends we have made here and the abundant access to outdoor activities that are available year-round like hiking, biking, yoga, camping, swimming, fishing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, skiing and cross country. We're captivated by the views of the mountains and sky, the fields of wild flowers in the spring and the many beautiful wild animals we see. There are so many high-quality restaurants and in terms of culture there are world-class symphonies, jazz festivals, film festivals, art galleries, theater companies, car shows and concerts.
