Guests can enjoy the indoor wood burning fireplace year-round. Unlimited firewood is provided, but guests should bring a hatchet for kindling or Duraflame starter/full size logs.

Important Note: This is a NO SMOKING property. E-cigarettes, vaping, and smoking of any kind are strictly prohibited inside. An ashtray is provided outside, and guests must ensure outdoor smoking complies with fire restrictions. Please review and observe fire restrictions from the Pinewood Fire Department and Coconino County.

Pet Policy: One or two dogs may be permitted with prior approval and for a nominal fee (see Rental Agreement for restrictions). Your dog can experience excitement of the high country while still safely playing within the fully fenced and gated 360 degree deck. The cabin also has a large separate fenced dog run with a gate.

Casita Bonita is a year-round rental, perfect for a romantic getaway, family celebrations, or adventure. Please note that NO parties or events are permitted to maintain the tranquility of our quiet residential area.

We prioritize your safety by adhering to the CDC recommended cleaning protocols. Our dedicated housekeepers sanitize high-touch surfaces, utilize approved cleaning agents, and follow extensive checklists for cleanliness. Guests will find antibacterial soap and extra cleaning supplies available for their use during their stay.
