It is located 7 min walk from Montmartre and 13 min walk from Place de Clichy where you can take nice walks, various activities and discover the atmosphere of the surrounding sites!

The accommodation is bright, spacious, and is composed of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with access to the balcony to relax after an intense day.
You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Wifi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Fan, Bed linen, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

Discover the Montmartre district by visiting the Moulin de la Galette and the Lapin Agile, by tasting the specialties of the Bon la Butte, by walking in the Villa Léandre...
At only 13 minutes walk from Place de Clichy, you will have the opportunity to do various activities in the area: have a coffee in front of the Maréchal Moncey, have a movie at the Cinéma des Cinéastes, have a snack at La Volée, taste seafood at the Wepler...
Don't forget to visit the emblematic places of the French capital such as the Eiffel Tower which is 47 minutes away by bus, the Louvre Museum at 22 minutes by subway, the Place de la Concorde at 17 minutes by subway, the Arc de Triomphe at 24 minutes by subway and the Pantheon at 40 minutes by subway.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, you will find a "Cinema - Studio 28" at 6 min walk. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
