Relax and rejuvenate at this waterfront condo on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10-minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20-minute drive from Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!). Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

-Corner unit featuring a screened-in back porch and an open side porch
-Nestled along the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo for year-round world-class trout fishing (license required)
-Charcoal grill available under stairwell below condo (grilling supplies not included)
-Cozy electric fireplace in the living room for ambiance

-Two seasonal outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, year-round outdoor hot tub
-Tennis/pickleball courts, 18-hole PGA golf course, onsite bar and grill, nature trail, and more.
No smoking is permitted inside the condo or within 10 feet of buildings.
Boat and trailer parking is no longer permitted within the Pointe Royale neighborhood.
Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

At the corner of the condo building this condo boasts an especially wonderful view from the Living Room, Main Bedroom, & Screened-In Porch, while also being especially quiet & private. This condo is just a two-minute walk from the lakefront & playground.
