Charming Provençal house on 1,200 m² of private, fenced-in property with a pool.

Our house can accommodate 8 to 9 people (6 adults and 3 children).
Ideal for two families with children, you can relax by the pool and enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding woods and vineyards. Facing south, it opens onto a covered terrace surrounded by two magnificent olive trees.

It features an entryway with a restroom, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with access to the covered terrace, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows: a master suite with a bathroom (sink and shower) and a 160x200 double bed overlooking the pool. A second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed. A third bedroom with two 90x200 single beds. Finally, a bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a 140x190 double bed on the bottom and a 90x190 single bed on the top. A toy chest is available for the children.

7 lounge chairs and a small pergola with seating will allow you to fully enjoy the pool and garden.

Miscellaneous:
- A security deposit of 500 euros must be paid before the keys are handed over and will be refunded after the exit inspection

Close to the center of Flayosc, in this charming, traditional village, you’ll find all the local shops you need (bakery, butcher, deli, grocery store, ...) and shops selling local products (cheese, wine, cooperatives, ...) as well as recreational facilities (tree-top adventure course, pétanque courts, playground, fitness trail, ...).
