Our Beachfront Condo features epic oceanfront views and an unrivaled sense of clean, outdoor restaurant/bar, outdoor swimming pool, coastal style and a comfort that our guests can experience. This condo is the answer to an ocean dream, with an environment that transitions seamlessly from one space to the next. It is laid-back luxury with a deep connection to the surf culture. Check in and get lost into the blue and amazing oceanfront view. Water purification system in kitchen and refrigerator. We provide body soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, the use of the hair dryer, safe box, two flat screen TV’s. The Restaurant/Bar is available on premises with room delivery or room order. We have a Meet & Greet when you arrive to show you around and in case you have any questions. There is surf, paddle board and Kayak lessons or rentals available on the premises for an extra charge. Airport pick-up and drop-off service and local excursion available upon reservation at an extra cost.

We had a wonderful vacation! Everything was as advertised. The location was great and watching whales off the shore was fabulous! You will not be disappointed!

We were having a lovely, relaxing vacation until the last night, when the condo owner called us from her home in CA to rudely berate us for hiring a private chef to cook a celebratory dinner for my niece's graduation. She was livid b/c we invited a "stranger" into her home without asking her permission. Apparently, all guests must be pre-approved before they're permitted on property. However, we were never told this, nor was it written in any of the condo rules and regulations. Furthermore, we got the chef idea after reading the guest book that was on the coffee table, where a former guest had highly recommended it. The owner was really nasty to us over the phone, which put a damper on our last night and left a bad taste in our mouths. She just kept yelling and yelling, and wouldn't let me go, so I finally had to hang up on her. Also, there was loud, disruptive construction going on next door that went on for several hours every morning starting around 8am. There was no mention of the construction in the listing. It's too bad that the owner is so unpleasant b/c it is a lovely condo in a small, uncrowded condo building right on a stunning beach.

Perfect Beachfront Stay

I honestly am so glad we chose this property for our family trip to Los Cabos! The view from the balcony was amazing (beautiful sun rise, seeing whales and watching surfers catch waves) and a highlight of our trip. Location is great if you plan to explore San Juan del Los Cabos (Ubers are quick/affordable) and relatively easy to get to Cabo San Lucas if needed. Pool was fantastic, beach is beautiful and the apartment was super clean modern and fit our group of 5 perfectly! Our hosts were also great, super responsive and helped up book transportation to and from the airport. As an added bonus, we were even able to arrange for massages on the balcony which took comfort to a whole new level! Do not skip out on this place as it’s a a great place to relax and enjoy Los Cabos with family!

Perfect Vacation Spot

A couple friends and I stayed at this property and had the best time! Location was perfect, super easy to get into town. The unit and property were exquisite, we loved hanging out by the pool and going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun Surf and Stay!

Super nice! Especially when Zippers has good waves. Great spot and easy to get to Cabo, San Juan, Airport, etc.

Quiet, beautiful, spacious and relaxing

This property was absolutely amazing. We had plenty of room for our 2 kids, ages 10 and 14. The kids' rooms were ajoined to a shared bathroom and the master suite had its own huge bathroom with plenty of space to put and hang clothing. The kitchen was fully stocked. We left some good stuff we bought from Chedraui Selecto for the next guests. :-) We rented a car and had easy parking. The elevator was easy and accessible. The pool and spa were refreshing and conveniently located next to the bar and entrance to the beach. Everybody was friendly and inviting. I can't say enough. We're definitely coming back! ;-)

Incredible service, Incredible space

Lizandro and Erika are phenomenal hosts to a beautiful, spacious, and well appointed condo directly on the beach. The owners provided so much information prior to arrival that there were no surprises during a vacation in the mist of COVID. Erika provided updates and details on testing, restaurants, etc... and all advice was spot on. Additionally, the response time with any of my questions was very fast. The space itself is terrific and has all you need to enjoy time at the beach. We loved the big Welcome basket with treats and snacks; a nice touch. A big deal for me is always how comfortable the beds are and here, I was very happy! The bathrooms are huge, plenty of towels, and very clean. The balcony is spacious with a great view of the beach, the sunrise, and the surfers who frequent the surf just outside the resort. I should also mention that the staff at the resort is extremely helpful, kind, and friendly! There are several restaurants that are accessible with a walk either way on the beach, and you have your choice of several places to shop to stock up. We liked the brand new Fresco about 7 minutes from the condo. I highly recommend Erika and Lizandro’s place for a hassle free and relaxing vacation in San Jose Del Cabo.

Perfect Getaway!

Haven’t been to Mexico in a long time. This place was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. Good surf right out front. Tons of dining options very close. And the unit is amazing! Everything was way too easy. Highly recommend!
