This location is on Magazine Street just one block from Canal Street which separates the French Quarter and the Central Business District. Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Saint Charles Avenue, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out, we would love to have you! Perfect location, perfect host!

Perfect location - we felt safe and in close proximity to everything we wanted/ needed. Easy walk to the French Quarter, streetcar to the Garden District. The host was super responsive and helpful in every way. If we are ever back in NOLA we will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Our visit to New Orleans was for the Sugar Bowl and the apt was in a perfect location for everyone we needed to go. Easy to walk and get in the cable cars.

Good value / location

The place was cute and very centrally located. Host was super communicative and helpful. Upstairs neighbors were stomping around a little at night, but overall we had a very nice stay.

Perfect location

We were very pleased on the location. It was a 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street, 2 minutes to Canal and 5 minutes to Mothers and the Harrah's Casino. We felt very safe. The kitchen was stocked and the beds were super comfy. Would stay again.

Great stay with all the amenities

It’s a building with a lot of character in a great location, especially if traveling on business. I could easily walk to my conference in the French Quarter and was impacted by the noise and nightlife in the Quarter. The full bath, full kitchen, comfortable bed and walk in closet were great and more spacious than we expected. We would stay here again.

Amazing Host Amazing Place

Perfect Location

My friend and I took our 20 year old daughters to the Taylor Swift concert. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to. We felt safe and never a second thought about being out after dark. The place itself was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean, and just as seen in the photos. Would stay again for sure if needed!

Stay was nice but could of been better

Overall experience was nice, there’s things in room that are not pictured online I understand it’s an old building but some things were just not the greatest. We did feel safe staying here. I would recommend this for someone just needing a place to stay and that doesn’t mind noise here and there. You are by a busy road and there are people staying above you. The parking is absolutely horrible. The only free spot is right in front of building to the right. This is something I wish was mentioned previously. The host did have good communication which I appreciated

Great location, spacious condo, clean.

What else can I say, it was a perfect spot, easy check in, great communication with host. Right in the middle of everything, close parking, no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Terrible experience

Check in was easy but after settling in noticed the shower including the shampoo and body washes and bathroom floor was completely covered in womens hair everywhere. Notified the host and they said they would talk to the cleaning staff. 2nd night and 3rd day noticed a cockroach was in that bathroom and notified the host again and they mentioned that they have a pest control that comes every so often so that right there confirmed that it’s common. Cockroach was out when I checked out and I hoped the cleaning crew would see it but of course they denied it and said it was a grasshopper. Took pics of all of this and all they would refund was the cleaning fee. Definitely stay elsewhere if you can, they even tried to guilt me by saying I took advantage of a glitch on the site and I should have paid twice as much. Terrible customer service and don’t waste y’all’s hard earned money with this host

Cute room - Convenient location

The booking was accidentally made while the site was under construction as a result the host was not prepared and rooms were not made HOWEVER the host did his best to make sure our stay was as seamless as possible. He cleaned the room and provided us with clean linen and bedding as the cleaning team was not on site and kept the access points as clear and comfortable as he possibly could while regularly checking up on us. The room was close enough to most of the attractions (and necessary public transport spots) but far enough to feel peace and quiet. Just what you need for a short to medium length stay in New Orleans!

Unique space with a taste of old New Orleans. Quaint, away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife. The only drawback was being disturbed by the upstairs tenants walking back and forth throughout the night. Plenty of parking nearby.
