The condo was conveniently located next to the pool and beach access. We were also close to the state park where we spent some beach days. The condo needs a deep clean wipe down. Making you question the cleanliness of the whole condo.

Thank you for your feedback. I see our office followed up with you several times during your stay to see how things were going with no mention of any issues reported. We would have been happy to send a cleaner back for any issues mentioned to us. When condos are booked back-to-back during the summer months deep cleanings cannot be performed as they take days to complete. We wish you luck in the future.

The location near pool and beach is great. The office is was closed when supposed to be open so the instructions need to be updated about checkin. Condo needs work - cleaning, painting, and new living room furniture.

We are sorry to hear the resort's office was not open on your arrival. We have contacted their office and their hours are listed correctly in our paperwork. They did mention there are some days that they close early, this is unfortunately out of our control. We appreciate your feedback on updates for the condo and will pass this along to the owner.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. Super close access to the beautiful beach & pool. Quiet community with outside activities you can enjoy & a beautiful pond full of turtles that like to be fed. Very friendly staff also. We definitely plan to rent again.

The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The lock on the patio door needs to be replaced for tenants to feel confident in security. The property could use some ant treatment. Ants covered our patio and the sidewalks, pool area, and walkway to beach. Check-in documents in a box outside a locked empty office did not make me feel secure especially since my condo envelope did not have my name on it and had been opened. I was fearful that someone else had access to our condo the whole stay.

The room was clean. The view was great. The grounds were amazing very clean people were very friendly very helpful. Walked straight out out off the room and you were on the beach. Was in the middle of everything didnt have to drive hardly anywhere if you didnt want to. Highly recommend .

Information about our stay was well communicated by the host. We had a great time and enjoyed the easy access to the beach directly from the property. The beds were comfortable and both the living area and kitchen worked great for our visit.

This was a great place to celebrate our 20th Anniversary! We would have given 5 stars, but the living room furniture and mattress in the master room need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable! The shower faucet needs to be cleaned or replaced due to mildew in the handle. Overall we had a great time and plan on staying here again!

Beautiful stay in paradise

The place was clean and comfortable for all my people. The best part was that it was within a few steps to my happy place, the Gulf of Mexico.

Absolutely loved this unit! We will definitely stay here again. It was clean, spacious and very close to the ocean. The free passes were a nice bonus! The staff around the facility were all very nice and helpful. The condo is close to all kinds of things. Perfectly located. We will be back.

Very clean and easy check-in . Loved the beach and pool access. This is an older complex, so the unit could use some cosmetic upgrades (paint, fixtures, outlets). The furniture is worn and there’s not enough comfortable seating for 4. Overall, though, the access and cleanliness trumped everything else.

Lovely property, awesome location

This condo was great for our family. Just a few steps from the beach, pool, and clubhouse. However, we never received any coupons or options for free golf as advertised. But overall, we had a good stay for spring break.

Just Perfect

Couldn't be more pleased with this property, pardon their mess as they are going through renovations but that did not affect our trip at all. We were extremely pleased with the location, the actual condo, the management staff everything was just right and we will definitely be returning.
