We’ve stayed at Sayan Beach now for about 5 straight years and it just can’t be beaten. Highly recommended and this unit was lovely.

Spacious condo in excellent condition. View is great and yes you can see the humpback whales. The building complex is excellently maintained and the restaurant food was very good. Gym is a good size and well supplied. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Any time anything came up Tom was quickly on top of it. All good! Lots of restaurants a few minutes away by Uber or walkable if you like walking.

Great Trip

A truly stunning property...location was quiet, pools were on point and the food and bev service was outstanding. Really enjoyed the condo and the owner was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here.

The corner beachfront condo had stunning views with a huge outdoor patio. We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, but take a whale tour to get a closer look. The spacious indoor area provided plenty of room for 6 adults to spread out.The security staff made us feel very safe. The owner checked on us multiple times. The staff at the condo pools and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.We walked 20 minutes to Zona Romantica and enjoyed meals at several great restaurants. We bought fresh produce and seafood at the Zona Romantica markets and cooked several meals at the condo. Sometimes we walked back to the condo and other times we too took Uber. Uber service is very good in the area. The condo restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.We had a wonderful vacation with our adult children and their significant others. It was a great bonding experience.In addition to the whale watching tour, we recommend the bioluminescence swim and the waterfall hike.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous condo. The deck and view were amazing. It has two pools, a restaurant and beach access. Tom is very helpful and the building staff was super friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay!

We were a group of 6 (three couples) and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The unit is even better than expected, with lots of room for everyone and the most beautiful views from the huge patio. The pools, the staff, the security is all 5 star, we felt very safe. The location is perfect with a private beach, away from the bustle of old town, but close enough to walk to all the action and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay

This place was very nice and clean. We were disappointed that the roof top pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. There is an additional pool but it doesn’t get much sun until around 3. We did enjoy the bar and restaurant there , the food is delicious ! Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Awesome view, location and great host

Sayan Beach condos are a gem with two amazing vanishing edge pools, two bars with food, an awesome gym and more. Its located about a ten minute walk from the Romantic Zone and all the great restaurants, bars and shops. This unit is on the corner with sweeping views, a large patio and plenty of room for a family to enjoy. Highly recommend.

Tom's beautiful condo was perfect in all ways! Communication with him was super easy and he knows how to make his guests feel welcome. Convenient snacks, beer, wine and fruit welcomed us after a long day of travel. The bed was VERY comfortable, restaurant food was fantastic and we got to see whales every day from the condo balcony! After 16 previous trips to PV, this was probably my favorite! Thank you Tom!!

Family trip

The Sayan Beach Condominium complex is probably the best condo in south Puerto Vallarta. The unit is large and clean and well appointed. It had amazing views of the ocean. The building services are amazing. The owner is very responsive to needs and concerns. Any issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this building.

Great week at Sayan (again)

Going to keep this short so I don't get too wistful at not being there. - Staff at Sayan Beach are amazing - Tom as a host was super easy to communicate with and very receptive any questions we had. Also provided some beers and waters in the unit, which was super nice to come into. - Sayan Beach restaurant/bar continues to impress. - Other guests of the property were nice, respectful, quiet, etc. Even people's children, which is never a guarantee. The walk down the beach into the Romantic Zone, or cabs are ~$5. Either way, super great way to go get some tacos and see some nightlife.

February in PVR at Syan Beach

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment on the lobby lever, west corner unit facing the setting sun. The 7th floor provides an unobstructed view of the water and a steady breeze so you can open the full glass door walls to bring the living space into the outdoors. There are 2 restaurants with full bars and swimming pools on both the ground floor and roof top. The staff was very accommodating, helping delivery of grocery items, arranging taxis, ordering food and making reservations at local restaurants. 3 bedrooms with comfortable king beds each with a full bath. It was our second stay at this unit at Syan Beach and are likely to stay again in the future.

Quick warm up in Puerto Vallarta

Three couples. All over 30. we live in San Diego and in May it is still pretty hazy weather. So we came down for the warmth of the beach. Found really great deals out of Tijuana. Mostly was looking for a place that had the beds for 3 couples. Most of the places I was looking at were geared toward families, having double beds or bunks in the third room. Tom is so fabulous as a host. He leaves some snacks. His place is gorgeous and comfortable. I plan to bring some family back down soon. Highly Recommend.!!

Place was great. View was awesome. The condo has a lot to offer including on-site dining. We were there to attend a wedding so we did not want to go to an all inclusive resort. The town was just a short uber ride away. The onsite staff was very friendly and helpful. Tom communicated well. Thanks again.

Awesome Condo in an Awesome Location

This was a trip of a lifetime. We were able to take our adult kids to our favorite place and everyone had a ball. The condo was great and the owner made sure we were set when we arrived. I highly recommend this unit and the entire Sayan Beach staff. 5-Stars
