Everything was incredible from start to finish. Wonderful views. Great food and drinks from the restaurant. Super nice and friendly people. We can’t wait to return. We’ve stayed all over Puerto Vallarta and this was hands down the best.

Gorgeous property

Perfect location, away from the crowds, but still close to everything. The staff was wonderful, food and drink great and very reasonably priced. Had one minor issue and owner responded immediately and resolved right away. Highly recommend staying here.

Paradise

The views from this condo are amazing. Every day we were able to see so many whales while relaxing on the balcony. The staff was amazing and the onsite restaurant had excellent food at very good prices. The location was perfect as it was an easy walk to town and easy to get a taxi or bus to town or any other place. The rooftop pool was spectacular! The lower pool was a bit cold and shaded most the day, so most people seem to use the rooftop pool. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience.

Family vacation

Home was nice. Unit wasn't ready, but owners gave a credit, which was appreciated. The manager did not return a text that was sent regarding a spill that appeared in the hall closet the first day. Would be helpful to have a folder with instructions for the TV,'s etc and then expectations for preparing for checkout. Overall it was a good stay and we really like Sayan Beach. Excellent common facilities, restaurant, pools, and very safe and secure.

Eclectic Condo

Amazing Condo with interesting art in a great location. Quiet for the older adults yet very close to the bustling beach for the younger ones. The host Michael and his representative Mauricio were very welcoming. There were some mechanical malfunctions which Mauricio had taken care of within a couple of hours, even on a weekend. Michael generously offered us a free night for these minor troubles. Highly recommended this beautiful place.

AMAZING! BOOK IT!

Absolutely stunning! Not a single complaint about this property. Our flights were delayed and arrived pretty late, Christian greeted us at the gate and check in was a breeze. The moment we stepped inside the condo, our jaws dropped! Extremely clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking! If you’re considering booking, just do it! My family and I will definitely be booking again!

Great location and layout

We were all very pleased with our experience here! The location is perfect for entrance to the private beach. The only callout - the property does not have a BBQ on the patio as the picture depicted. I did use the BBQ grill in the common area which was a bit frustrating. I hope they can update that aspect of the listing, everything else was amazing!

Beautiful Property

Property was absolutely stunning! The entire length of the condo opens up to the outdoors and the views are spectacular! Pools were heated which is always a plus. Property Manager Joel was great to work with, he even made a dentist appointment for me with an English speaking doctor and I really appreciate that level of service! Would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo - terrible smell

Condo was excellent, staff is excellent. We contacted the management regarding a smell coming from the laundry closet (intense sewage or mildew smell). They said that they would send the housekeeper or maintenance to resolve it. Nothing was resolved, we had to suffer through the smell for the 5 days we were there. We were returning customers to the same unit from last year, if that issue had been resolved it would have been another 5 star stay. Since it wasn't addressed, it was not as enjoyable as it should have been.

Amazing AMAZING AMAAZZIIING

STAY HERE!! My goodness this was simply the best stay I could have ever imagined. You could honestly not leave the property and have an amazing trip but you don’t want to miss out on the amazing food PV has to offer. The condo was FABULOUS, clean, BEAUTIFUL, and perfectly located. Michael was the most amazing host and even greeted us when we arrived for a tour of the condo and everything the building has to offer (which is a lot!). The rooftop and oceanfront infinity pools are absolutely stunning and all the staff is so friendly and kind. I could go on and but really, I suggest you stay there yourself to see just how amazing it is. I know I will most definitely be back!

Good trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pictures are accurate—the view is great as are the doors that open all the way up. The unit has built in speakers in the ceiling that extend to the patio which was nice. We noticed that the unit could perhaps use a deep cleaning including to kitchen utensils/plates etc. The building amenities are nice and the rooftop setup is amazing. The staff at the bars and restaurant on property were all very gracious and we enjoyed chatting and making friends with them. Drinks and food were solid and affordable and get added to your room which is convenient—however you still need to have cash at all times in order to tip them. We had some strange interactions with the building workers, though, including the security people at the front. They were a little rude and just overall didn’t match the friendly vibe of the property. Overall, a great stay and beautiful property.

Lovely property in PV

We had a nice stay! The unit looked at least as nice as in pictures, if not better, and suited our needs well. We’ve stayed in other units in this building in the past, and we always love the gorgeous amenities, location, and friendly staff. The layout of the bedrooms turned out to be different than pictured in the listing, which was an issue for us, so I’d just recommend clarifying in advance if you want the second bedroom (with two beds) and den setup as pictured (rather than one bed in each room). Otherwise Michael was a kind and accommodating host. Thanks for a great trip!

An absolute paradise!

We were actually more impressed with the property in person than we were with the photos online. It is very spacious and was quite comfortable for our group. The views from the condo and throughout the property grounds are absolutely amazing. The staff was all very friendly and always available to help. Definitely coming back in 2023!

Great Apartment & Building

Loved everything about this building and this unit. Everything is as advertised and the staff at the building is so accomodating. The rooftop pool and bar is amazing. The food is great too. The unit is relaxing and comfortable. Quite spacious too. Thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous Corner Unit with Killer Views

Amazing single level condo, tastefully decorated, with ridiculous views of the Bay, Downtown PV, and spectacular sunsets. Large enough for my family of 4 to all have their own space, but lots of nice places to be together as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the on-site restaurant has a lovely and diverse menu at reasonable prices. The rooftop infinity pool is one of the best I have ever seen... anywhere. Michael (the owner) is very responsive and accommodating. A wonderful place for a quiet PV vacation, but still close enough to all the action if you want. Highly recommend!

A beautiful property in an outstanding setting

This is a stunning property, with incredible views. The decorations are quite unique and fun, almost like living in an art gallery. The building and beachside setting are spectacular. In addition to the unit itself, we enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The restaurants at the building are quite good and reasonably priced.

Beautiful Building in PV

Our family absolutely loved Sayan Beach. Before you book, just note that the pools on the bottom level don’t really get any sun throughout the day. While we were there, several pools and all of jacuzzis were also broken. However the rooftop infinity pool and bar more than made up for that - absolutely amazing views, service, drinks, and some of the best food in town! The apartment itself has an absolutely stunning balcony. The bedrooms are huge and well appointed, although we’d recommend upgrading the beds in the two guest rooms to be a bit more comfortable as they were both a bit small (doubles, not queens), and had weird hard pillows. They felt a bit more like afterthoughts compared to the master suite. Otherwise the apartment has everything you could need for an amazing stay!

When we found out that Sayan Beach was being built we jumped on the opportunity. We were living @ the Icon in the Hotel Zone and wanted to move closer to Old Town, "Zona Romantica" as most of our leisure and work time was there.
We are ecstatic about our new home and location as it is truly our dream home and also allows us to walk to all of our favorite beaches, restaurants,bars and entertainment venues in the Bay Area...........

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location, the amenities and the home are absolutely perfect in all respects. Our particular unit is "one of a kind" due to its particular floor plan and placement in the building.
The entire living space is directly on the ocean and canopied to the right by jungle giving us both absolute privacy and breathtaking views. There is no other unit @ Sayan Beach like it. ( after they broke ground I was given the opportunity to ride on the Huge Crane to find the exact location that we wanted to create this magical home environment......a lil crazy but well worth it! )
