Great place to stay on Hilton Head Island! Owners went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable by getting us playing cards and games when the internet went down from a storm. We enjoyed the views and watching the wildlife! We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the areas around us including the private beach nearby, ice cream and mini golf. It would be nicer to have more toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap as there was just a dry small amount provided upon arrival. Overall, very happy with our stay and hope to be back!

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We have been visiting HHI several years and this was by far our favorite location in Shipyard. The villa is well equipped and very spacious. We had 7 adults and 2 very active toddlers. The water view is great with morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Christine was great to work with as well. Definitely plan to book again.

Fantastic Family Trip!

The villa lived up to all the previous reviews! With 6 adults and two children, the house had plenty of space for us all. Included everything we could have needed, including nice little toiletries in all the bathrooms! The owner was super responsive and would recommend this spot to anyone. Having the beach closet was a wonderful addition so we were set for chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even pool noodles! Easy beach access but agree with the others, it's quite a walk so either drive or rent some bikes from one of the recommended local shops! One of our favorite things about the property was sitting out back and watching the alligators, herons, frogs, etc in the lagoon (from a safe distance of course!) Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Great Family Vacation!

This was the absolute perfect condo for our party of 10 with five children under the age of 9. The most beautiful backyard of any Hilton Head property we have stayed at. Kitchen was loaded with supplies and the loaner closet was a life saver! Owners were extremely helpful and responsive within minutes to a few questions. I highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Relaxing Week

We had a great time during our stay. The location is perfect for us. The children enjoy the bicycle paths especially and the adults can feel that they are safe when they ride. Enjoyed trips to the nearby park and the Sandbox Children’s Museum. Great location for access to restaurants without enduring constant traffic and noise.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our family vacation in this spacious and comfortable villa! Christine was very quick and easy to get in touch with concerning the few questions we had. The beach was a short distance away by bike or car. The big pool was not crowded and offered a nice respite. We had 7 adults and 3 children, ages 7 and 2 years old. The villa overlooked the lagoon where we saw several alligators (at a distance), deer, blue heron, egrets and a crane. We would definitely go back again!

Quiet week

This was the perfect spot for our family. The children enjoyed riding bikes to the beach. It was in a quiet area and close to most of the restaurants/activities that we went to during our stay. The Shipyard pool is a very close bike ride or walk. The lagoon has a lot of alligator activity which we enjoyed as well. The furniture and decor was in great condition and trendy. I recommend this villa!

Great all around rental property!

Spacious, centrally located, affordable rental. Short bike ride from beaches, shopping, restaurants. Woke up to gators swimming in the pond and deer wandering around the pond. Back deck area beautiful and great for waking up and drinking your coffee on the outside table and chairs. Great for a large group of people of all ages. Would rent again without thinking twice.

It was an overall great trip! There was plenty of room for family of 7 to stay. Pool was the highlight! Not enough toiletries and trash bags provided.

Simply AMAZING!

This is a lovely large condo that worked very well for our family. Checking in was easy and the communication from the owner was EXCELLENT. And we absolutely loved the peaceful lagoon setting and watching the sunsets. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Great house. The patio was spacious and fun to relax and look out over the lagoon. It was a quick bike ride to the beach or in to town. Would definitely stay again!

Family Labor Day weekend

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and very nice. Owner was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would change is the description says this is a 4 min walk to beach…it is not. It’s a short drive but definitely not a short walk.

Amazing condo!!

We had a wonderful week with our family at this condo! Everything was clean & ready when we arrived! The kitchen is well stocked with all you will need for the week! The beach pass made it nice to be able to drive close to the beach access/restrooms & park. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Such a cute and comfortable play. Very spacious bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen.

We loved this place. Well decorated and spacious rooms. Owners were very responsive. We have issues with trash cans being full and open when we arrived but the owners sent people out to take care of everything. Loved having g coffee on the back patio watching the gators. Very quiet area but a short drive to the beach. The kids rode their bikes to the beach each day. Perfect vacation home

Summer 2021

The place is very spacious and the location is excellent. Easy walk to the pool, and walk or bike ride to the beach. We really enjoyed the patio and the view over the lagoon. Christine was very accessible and gave us great recommendations of local restaurants.

Clean and comfy property

Our family had a wonderful stay for our first experience at Hilton Head! We had a blast and the property was so clean and comfortable! The property was well stocked, and we had everything we needed! Thanks for a great place to stay! We loved watching the gators from the back patio!

Absolutely amazing!

This was our first time to HHI and this rental was exactly as shown in pictures. The serenity of the lagoon from the patio was amazing! Lots of wildlife!! The kitchen was more than adequately stocked! There's even a loaner closet with beach chairs, toys and sand carts. Christine was a fabulous communicator and was always available if we had questions. She offered many recommendations from food to bike rentals. Biking was by far the best means of transportation. There was limited parking at the beach access so if you need to drive there, go early. The overflow was a bit of a walk. Overall, we enjoyed every aspect of the villa and HHI. We would definitely return if we ever need a place with this much space.

Wonderful Property for Family Vacation

Our group had 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. The owner, Christine, answered our emails/texts immediately. The condo was very well-provisioned, with an ample supply of dishes, glassware, and silverware. I appreciated having bakeware also, as I like to bake for the family when we’re together. We loved being on the pond and watching the gators and water birds. The patio had enough seating for the whole family and the grille was brand-new. Inside, the dining room table sat 8, plenty of room for all of us. We also loved the Schlage keyless lock on the front door. We didn’t have to worry about keys and it was easy for us to come and go separately. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely come here again.

Gorgeous tranquility

The villa was spacious and beautiful! The location was perfect, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Watching the alligators and all the beautiful birds on the lagoon was amazing!
