Charming house close to Downtown, Broadmore, I25, and major city routes. Corporate housing opportunity available. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with very low traffic. Conveniently located only half a mile from a supermarket shopping center. Ft. Carson is a 10 minute drive away. The World Arena (multi-purpose arena and entertainment venue) is a mile away. In the same area, you will find a Movie Theater, and a host of restaurants and shops. Less than 10 min drive to downtown.

Lounge by the fireplace, kick your feet up and immerse your imagination on the fully equipped entertainment center. With Roku television and free secured wifi access, you'll never run out of entertainment options! Have a dinner night at home in a fully equipped kitchen including gas grill. Bask in the sun on the balcony with a amazing view that overlook Cheyenne mountain, the Broadmoor hotel, and part of Pikes Peak. New linens and bedding rotated several times a year to ensure cleanliness and comfort for the whole family.

The location was perfect with a majestic view! We started each morning on the patio with our coffee, in awe of the mountains, then headed to different destinations - each one just a short drive away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of five. Could not be happier with the space and the host. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Colorado Springs. We miss it already!!!

Graduation Celebration Trip

We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Wei throughout this process. The house easily accommodated all of our family and was in a good location with convenient access to restaurants and stores. It made our stay for my wife’s graduation from CTU very comfortable and enjoyable.

Loved the two separate living / family rooms. This home had everything we needed. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony. It is a split level home, so there is no getting away from stairs. Just a handful at the front door to the main / upper level that has a master bedroom with en-suite, kitchen, dining, half bath, balcony and laundry. Full set of stairs to lower level for two additional bedrooms and full bath, plus direct access to the yard.

Good option for Colorado Springs

Good, reasonably priced option on the south side of Colorado Springs. Excellent communication and attentiveness from the host who even brought out a new grill for us to use in the first night. The house was functional with ample space in the 3 bedrooms. Hot showers for 5 were not a problem. The upstairs common room had seating for all of us with more downstairs that we didn’t use. The house is older and the furniture is a bit dated but functional. Kitchen was stocked but with low end renters fair. Could use a proper cutting board and some sharp knives. I recommend labeling the light switches. All in all it met our needs

Great stay, great view!

This well-maintained property boasts a great view and updated kitchen area. It is close to major convention centers, which proved handy on my business trip. The property is, in my view, a bargain for a business trip stay for a week. The property manager was responsive and cordial. This is the first place I'll look when I return for my next convention.

Great location and comfy beds

We loved the beds! Kings Super was only a couple of minutes away. The house pretty much had everything we needed and the owner was gracious and let us check out an hour later when we were running behind. We enjoyed the view from the back patio and had fun playing some of the board games with our kids. Great place to stay to explore the Springs and we would stay here again for sure!

Awesome view

Hostess gave very great instructions. My grand kids could not get enough of the silly logins/passwords while on their ipad. They laugh the entire stay. The house was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy with different age groups with games and quiet time. Love our stay. Thank you

Wonderful property in a very nice, quiet neighborhood - amazing views of Cheyenne Mountain from the back deck. The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Can't recommend highly enough!

House was everything you want for a family vacation.

Restful Repose

Wei's home was better than described! The property was clean and had what we needed and wanted. The view from the deck was wonderful, great for seeing the mountains at sunset and enjoying the quiet of the morning. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking and serving items. Our kids enjoyed the board games and the backyard while the adults enjoyed the living areas and the comfortable space. The home had 3 stand-alone air conditioning units that were really helpful for cooling down the house before bed on a few of the warm days. Also there were several fans throughout the house. For the most part the house was cool and comfortable without the need of any of these, but it was nice they were available. All eight of us sat comfortably at the table (which has a built-in leaf) and there was plenty of space for us to hangout together either upstairs or downstairs. Lots of good times and memories made here, even in just a few days. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house close to attractions

I stayed here with my three kids and mother in August 2024. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac with a beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain. It was clean with new linens and towels. We had ample space to spread out with two family rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We cooked most of our meals at home. There is a grocery store and Starbucks within walking distance. Best of all, we were just a short drive to so many amazing attractions - Pike’s Peak, Garden of the God’s, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Excellent space for us

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking numerous meals. The beds were comfortable and living room space was just right for us to gather. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings enjoying the cool temps and the view of Cheyenne Mountain. The location of this property was great for getting to different places in and around Colorado Springs.

Great family vacation

Wonderful place to stay for a week. Very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6 adults. Location was perfect for all the excursions and things we wanted to do. The back porch with the Mountain View was so nice to relax. Would definitely recommend this home.

Weekend in Colorado Springs

Very comfortable stay for a weekend in Colorado Springs. There were only 4 of us, so plenty of room and privacy for each couple. Location was great - on a quiet cul-de-sac, and easy to get to everything we wanted to see (Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls). Nice deck to sit outside in the cooler evenings and enjoy a glass of wine and picturesque mountains!

Nice location on south side of town.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UCCS and to see friends at Fort Carson, so this was a very good location. It had easy access to downtown, Manitou Springs and I25 to get anywhere else. Always nice to stay in a house instead of a hotel.

My wife and I currently live in Colorado Springs, and enjoy every minute of it! In the summer, you will find us boon-dock camping, rafting, tubing, fishing, and hiking. In the winter, we go skiing/snowboarding quite often. We know the state inside-out. Please don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations!

We lived here for almost 4 years after my wife purchased it. We recently settled into our forever home, and decided to run this house as a furnished rental.

Location, location, location! We are nestled just south of downtown. We are also just minutes away from the World Arena shopping center, the city's main event center/stadium. The house is 8 minutes away from The Broadmoor hotel.
