This 3000+ Sq ft house with 3 finished levels is a great place for 2 to 3 families to getaway and make memories.10 total renters. The top level features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. B1- King, B2 & B3 Queens, B4 - Bunk- bed(single over full bed) & Queen. The open kitchen, connected family room and large dining room are great places to entertain. Relax and grill on the large private back deck. The covered front porch is a quiet place that overlooks the large front yard. Escape to the fully finished basement for Darts, Billiards, Ping Pong, Nintendo Wii or Air Hockey. Along with all of the games, there are 2 TV's in the basement to watch your favorite sports and/or movies. There is a tv in the family room with HDMI inputs. Bring your own streaming device, connect to our internet and watch your favorite shows. The Fire pit is waiting for fun times after a day spent enjoying all the local amenities. The stars are amazing to glance at too while enjoying the Hot Tub ! The community marina is 2 lots/3 minute walk from the house. Bring your kayaks or arrange to use the kayaks from the house. At this time, there are no boat slips available for renters. The quiet neighborhood is a great place for bike rides and walks. The Food Lion grocery store is 1 mile away and the Coyote Hole Cider Works is a 1/2 mile away. Great breweries, wineries and restaurants are a few minutes from the house. Lake Anna State Park is 10 miles from the house. The park has great hiking trails, a playground and sand beach with a roped off swimming area.

There are about 60 homes in the neighborhood and over half of them are occupied by full time residents. Many of these residents have retired to this community to enjoy the quiet, relaxing pace of life. This is a great community to unwind, recharge and spend time with friends and family. If you are looking for a quiet, slow paced getaway to spend with friends and family then Family Fun is the vacation spot for you. Two fun amenities also include an outdoor fire pit and 2 adult kayaks and 1 child kayak along with life jackets! It is very important that renters are mindful and respectful of residents and community. This will help everyone enjoy this great and convenient spot on the lake !!!

Great for a group stay

Large home with everything you need for a weekend at the lake: fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, proximity to community dock. Great location — 2 minutes to Food Lion and <5 minute walk to the water.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends at this incredible home. The house was in immaculate condition and very spacious. The house is close to the lake, restaurants, and shopping center. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the pool table. The house has every amenity you can think of. The owners are very communicative and responsive to all of your questions and concerns. They really care that you have a good time and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks Nate and Derek for a fabulous vacation! Looking forward to our next stay!

Great weekend at the lake!

This property was perfect for us. We had a group of cousins gathering for a boat day, and the house offered a spacious private space for us to spend time together in the evenings. The basement and garage/yard were both great perks!

Beautiful home

Easy to get to, in close range of eating and grocery shopping. The house was spacious and clean. Hot tub was awesome. Property manager was prompt with replies. Would definitely stay there again!

Beyond expectations

My family enjoyed a spectacular, though short, stay at 198 Cat's Paw Court and from start to finish was all I could have hoped for and more!! We're already planning a return stay but much longer...so much to enjoy and a weekend isn't long enough 😎

Clean and comfortable

Our family was very comfortable at this home. We felt right at home. The pool table in the basement provided fun for all. The kitchen was well- stocked and we had the equipment we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The yard and fire pit were a hit as well. We took a short walk to see the lake, as it was too cold for water activities. When the rest of our family, totaling 20 people, came for the day, we had plenty of room and seating.

Wonderful

This is the perfect gem of a getaway. The house was great, clean, plenty of space for our whole crew, the game room was super cool, kitchen was huge and perfect for group cooking and fun dinners. But it's all about the hot tub... so perfect! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable and elevated our trip from really fun to truly memorable. Check in was easy and communication was great. The location is really convenient, as well. Coyote Hole (cidery/brewery) is walkable if you want, Food Lion and ABC are about a three minute drive, obviously the lake is super close, and lots of great restaurants and Lake Anna Winery are within about fifteen minutes. Overall, very highly recommended!

Great House, Great Location, Excellent Host!

We were blown away by the house when we arrived. It’s immaculate, relatively new, spacious, and beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The lake is a short walk down the road. They graciously allowed us access to their kayaks, which was a big plus for us. When we needed to reach out to Nate (one of the two hosts), he was quick to reply and assist. Also, in terms of convenience, in addition to being close to the water, the house is close to other conveniences, such as restaurants and grocery stores. We were very pleased with the experience. This was our first trip to Lake Anna, and it was a great one thanks to our hosts!

Family Vacay

The house was very well equipped! We made all meals for our large family (with lots of littles) and found everything needed in the kitchen to do so with ease. Large yard for the kids to run around in safely and we had daily visits from a deer. The air conditioning was cold and the showers were always hot! Hosts were very helpful in communicating suggestions of local places and the checkin-checkout process was very simple. The layout of the house was spacious and made it feel like each group within our family had their own space. I would highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay

The host was always responsive when I had a question, that I was happy about . I am a big on clean, the kitchen outside microwave, fridge had not been cleaned, saw fingerprints. There was sticky spots on the tv stand in the living room. Inside of freezer had food crumbs in it. Also a huge issue I have is spider webs all over the house. I feel I pay a pretty penny to rent, it’s just gross to see it all over the siding and on the screens of the windows especially when I am in the family room looking out the window. (maybe Powerwash every spring) The cushions weren’t put on the chairs on the deck , I feel it should be inviting for guest.

Everything was as it should be. The home was beautiful. The master bathroom was to die for. The kitchen was perfect setting for family gathering. The only thing I would add is maybe instructions for the fireplace

Great stay

Gorgeous house in close proximity to the lake. I am happy I chose this property. My big family - 5 adults and 5 kids spent awesome weekend and made precious memories. The great experience started with Nate, who was so nice that let us check in very early( the property was ready at 8AM in the morning ). The house is huge and has everything you need -from dishes, glasses, pans, pots and finishing with great 3 kayaks ( that we enjoyed a lot) and a pool table. You really feel like home. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay.

Lake weekend

We had a blast!!!! All the kids loved the house and huge yard to run play. My boyfriend got to fish was thrilled with his birthday weekend. Loved the pool table to have family time relax and celebrate.

Laid back

We came out for my best friends bachelor party....none of us are the "partying type" and wanted a weekend to relax and hit an amusement park. Awesome stay, clean home and a good time!

Well Equipped Comfortable Home

Our group included several couples and kiddos and the space worked great for us! Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The kids and adults especially enjoyed the spacious basement rec room with wii and pool table.

Pretty house and location

Good house and location. Disappointed that there wasn't enough TP or paper towels for our stay of three nights. (In the four bathrooms there were three partially used rolls total with no spares. And 1 half used roll of paper towels) Owner simply said we needed to go to Food Lion if we needed more. Sheets are not on beds on arrival. Hard to pay a hefty cleaning fee when you have to make the beds when you get there. The AC was also spotty two of the days we were there. Overall it's a nice house by the lake, but disappointed in the small but important things the owner didn't seem to worried about.

Nice large modern house

We had a great time with our sons and their families. The house was clean and spacious with more amenities than listed - movie DVDs, WII, games and Nintendo kept the kids busy in the evening. Our toddler had his own separate room off the master bedroom. Kitchen had more equipment than at my home! Thanks for a memorable vacation!
