It is well-appointed with chaise lounge chairs, plush sitting chairs, a grill and outdoor fireplace. For those clear, cool and quiet nights, a firepit with Adirondack chairs is located in the yard overlooking the lake.

A short walk from the deck and you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the private sandy beach located between the property's two docks. A sandy bottom and clear water make this a great home for swimming and floating on the lake. Enjoy the water with the two provided kayaks, paddleboards and numerous water toys, floats, and floating water matt. Beach chairs, fishing poles, and sand toys are also provided.

With two docks and a boat house, there is plenty of room to bring your own boat or jet skis. The community boat ramp is located a half mile from the property and accessible with the provided gate key. The beautiful, covered boat dock includes a screened porch by the water for relaxing with lounge furniture and plenty of additional chairs and tables.

Back at the house, there is a Ping-Pong table, pool table, basketball arcade game, and dartboard in the garage which has been converted to a game room and is sure to thrill kids of all ages.
