Enjoy a spacious living area with flat-screen TV and a furnished balcony, perfect for breakfast or outdoor aperitifs.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy: 4-burner electric hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher…
For the sleeping area, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a closet.
The bathroom features a bathtub, washing machine, and there is a separate WC.
A private garage (for a small car) and free street parking nearby provide real convenience in the city center.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
