The flat offers a large living room equipped with a 140cm RAPIDO type sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and a dining area... all opening onto a sea view balcony.
A kitchenette equipped with 2 electric plates, a microwave, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a table top refrigerator...
On the night side, a bedroom with a 140cm bed.
A shower room and a toilet.
Enjoy the mild evening until the end, and with a beautiful view, on the balcony equipped with patio furniture and an electric awning.
PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N°99 - NEAR BEACH AND SHOPS - LIFT
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
