We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.
Newly renovated and beautifully redecorated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with heated pool. Just a short walk down the street to the beach. The covered patio with seating for six includes a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The open deck has plenty of lounge chairs for sunning.

Enter up the central stairs to a large open sun deck furnished with lounge chairs and patio furniture, the perfect place for morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas all have with vaulted ceilings. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is an absolute chef's delight with quartz counter space and cabinets fully stocked. There is an island with cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 6-burner commercial style gas stove with grill and two ovens, double door refrigerator/freezer and built-in under-counter microwave oven. Just behind the is the washer and dryer and a door that goes out and down a spiral staircase to the screen-enclosed pool and patio area. From the kitchen the adjacent dining area has a table seating six with built-in buffet countertops. This flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with large wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity, corner walk-in shower, jetted tub with window overlooking the pool and patio below. The first guest bedroom has a single day bed with pull-out trundle, large flat screen TV. The adjacent is a half-bath. On the opposite side of the home the second guest bedroom has a full-size day bed and wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom on this floor has 2 queen-size beds and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom with walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
