On the second level, this condo offers sweeping ocean views from two balconies and an updated, airy interior. Just a short drive to the sound, Jennette's Pier, Jockey's Ridge sand dunes, and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Location, location, location!

We loved our stay! The condo was roomy and the view was great. We watched dolphins off the deck every morning of our stay. Our kids loved being able to walk right out to the beach.

This unit was perfect. We were only three people but this listing can accommodate 4 ppl very comfortably. Condo was clean throughout and owner was very communicative throughout the process. LOCATION is PERFECT!! 5 stars from us!

The location is absolutely first rate -- views are just as portrayed in the picture. This patch of the beach is not very crowded so it felt like your own little slice of heaven. (One suggestion - Maybe leave more paper towels / TP/ dishwasher detergent but the fact that this suggestion is so small shows you how much we liked it)

Beautiful condo with a beautiful ocean front view! So enjoyed the ambiance of the electric fireplace (for aesthetics only) on a rainy afternoon! One of the best features was the luggage lift! No hauling heavy luggage or groceries up the stairs! Convenient location!

My daughter and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at this condo. The condo was as described, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning and watching the Sun rise! Beautiful view of the ocean, and I enjoyed the sound of the waves when sleeping at night. Travis is a great host and was always quick to respond to questions I had. There was plenty of parking available during our stay. A few suggestions I would note would be to bring a few kitchen towels and dishcloth as they weren’t provided. I would also bring dish soap as the bottle provided isn’t enough if doing some cooking during your stay and have items that don’t go in the dishwasher.. we were good for our 3 night stay.Condo is in a great location and close to a lot of places to visit.Keyz New Zealand Style Ice Cream and Freshfit Cafe are two places you might want to check out!

We first stumbled across this gem of a place in 2018. From our very first visit, we were blown away by the location! Everyone was so welcoming, and we quickly made lifelong friends. We have happily returned to Pier View every year since, and when we found the opportunity to become "family," we were thrilled! This is a magical place for us, and we hope our visitors have the same wonderful experience.
