PLEASE NOTE THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING. THERE IS A NEW LUGGAGE LIFT. Welcome to one of the best kept secrets in Nags Head! Literally two steps from the beach! On the second level, this condo offers sweeping ocean views from two balconies and an updated, airy interior. Just a short drive to the sound, Jennette's Pier, Jockey's Ridge sand dunes, and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Location, location, location!

The condo was in great shape and was well stocked with dishes. The view was incredible. Plenty of parking. It was cold so the hot tub and pool were closed. Shwer water pressure was a little low. Elevator did not work but there was one for luggage so it was easy to load and unload. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location, very comfortable beds and furniture, great beach decor, best beach views! Responsive host and maintenance team. Only suggestions would be for more towels, a bath mat in each bathroom, and more TP and paper towels when we’re there for a week. Easy enough to purchase but would have been nice not to worry about those items. Would absolutely rent this again.

The host has always been quick to respond to us. We have looked high and low, nothing compares to this condo. Perfect view, quiet, it's near everything that matters. It feels like you're the only being on earth, except for the occasional Dolphin. We'll return next year, for our 4th annual visit. We don't have one single thing to complain about!

Our new oasis

Everything from walking in on our first day and leaving on our last day went so smoothly and perfect. The condo is so clean and modern. The community is so sweet. We loved how close to the beach it was and pool was so nice to have an always so clean. We cannot wait to go back

Great place to stay at the OBX!

Of all the places we have stayed at the OBX, this has been our favorite thus far. The location is great—it’s just a few minutes to walk over to Jeanette’s Pier from the condo (and to grab groceries for dinner from Cahoon’s Market). The balcony has a great ocean view and it is wonderful for watching the sunrise. We also liked that the balcony had a screen door so that we could leave the glass door open and listen to the ocean (having one in the master bedroom would be a great addition!). The kitchen had a wide array of pans and utensils so that we could make our meals. It was a lovely place to spend our time at the OBX. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and the view was amazing. Only downside was no TV in the second bedroom. We will definitely be back though.

Location, Location

Best location, right on the ocean and quieter beach. But close to restaurants and other things to do. I would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable, clean condo.

Great location

Condo is in a great spot, views from the balcony were incredible sunrise and an orange moon rise as well, seen dolphins on 3 separate occasions while sitting on the balcony, convenient location to a lot of attractions, building overall showing some age, wished they had a sponge or dish brush to wash dishes or extra trash bags instead of having to go buy that stuff but that’s really the only complaint. Family of 4 with an 8 & 5 yr old we went in the off season no crowds and very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pierview 107 was great. Great location. We had to change our dates and the Property manager was very accommodating. Any question we had was promptly answered.

We first stumbled across this gem of a place in 2018. From our very first visit, we were blown away by the location! Everyone was so welcoming, and we quickly made lifelong friends. We have happily returned to Pier View every year since, and when we found the opportunity to become "family," we were thrilled! This is a magical place for us, and we hope our visitors have the same wonderful experience.
