Welcome to Saltwater Paradise (PV #106):

* Elevator access (elevator out of service until April 2026)

* New walk-in shower in the master bedroom

Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patio.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes, and we’ll do the rest! This is vacation—simplified.

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shops. We’re right where you want to be!

Please note that we do not allow pets or smoking of any kind. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.

Great view and location

This was a perfect place for our group of 3 to stay. Porch looking out at the beach can’t be beat (reason we chose to stay here). It was and awesome spot to hang out, read, drink and relax while listening to the waves and looking at the beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, comfortable and clean. Host was very helpful with communications and recommendations. Location was perfect for our day trips over to Manteo and up to Corolla. Check in and out was very easy. Only very minor complaint was the shower in the master bedroom didn’t have great water pressure but it was OK enough. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and would stay here again. We all enjoyed our four night stay here.

Spring Break Getaway

Our stay was great for me, my husband and our daughters who are 23 and 18. Communication from the owner was excellent, with multiple messages, tips for the area. Check in and out were easy. The unit was a first floor unit, oceanfront with a great view. Unit was clean, nicely decorated, a great location for us. It was walking distance to the pier for fishing. It was a quick trip to multiple restaurants for dinner and dessert. We will definitely like to stay there again!

Our family had a great stay. Hosts were very communicative and the property is as listed. No complaints with the property. Plenty of parking and just steps from the ocean. Could not have asked for a better place. We will be sure to book with the hosts on our next trip to OBX.

Breath taking views

The place was wonderful. Beautiful front views. We would go back again to stay. The place was spotless. The owner got back to you very fast. The beds were to firm and were foam not our type but its ok. We like soft mattresses but thats ok everyone has a different preference. . The tvs were a little small but still great. They only supply 2 rolls of toliet paper and 1 roll paper towels. No spices or oils but there plenty of dishes and cups and utensils. We do alot of cooking on vacation no biggie . Thank you for a wonderful place.

Enjoyed the sight and sound of the waves!

My husband and I spent a few days for our anniversary, and it was so relaxing to just watch the amazing sunrises and listen to the waves all day and night. We kept the doors open (with screens shut) the whole time so we could hear the waves! The place is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in (as we did). The furniture was mostly comfortable. There are games and puzzles, and a couple of tv's for entertainment if you are not on the beach. The owner is very communicative - just make sure you READ their instructions, because they tell you exactly what is and is not there! Overall, a great little beachfront getaway!

Perfect Fall Getaway

Another excellent stay at one of Joe’s properties! Excellent condo with easy access to the beach and close to all of our favorite restaurants. The unit was exceptionally clean and everything looked as pictured in the photos. The balcony was bug free and provided stunning views of the ocean. We loved watching the sunrise over coffee every morning. We can’t wait to come back!

I signed up for this unit specifically for the short walk to the beach and being able to look directly out to the ocean from the porch and not at a dune. It was lovely inside, just as pictured. I have mobility issues, that a broken elevator all week made it a bit of a struggle getting up and down. The pool was just the right size to refresh.
