Even though the weather was a bit iffy all week we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the well equipped home, lots of unexpected items and a very clean space upon entry. Great communication with Jason.

Family trip

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house and property were well maintained and very spacious. Bonus feature for all was the heated pool. Jason was excellent with communication and we would recommend his place to others!

The location was perfect, with wonderful views and easy access to downtown and beaches. The house was super clean. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook large meals for the family. The outside deck with sitting area and BBQ made this our perfect hang out area. The pool was the highlight for the kids and adults...perfect depth and heated. Nothing better than coming home from Peachfest and diving into a refreshing pool. The hosts were fabulous-communication immediate and helpful. Definitely will continue to make this our annual vacation destination.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. There were 3 of us and we had more than enough room. The bedrooms were very comfy and it was nice we each had our spaces. The host was very responsive if we had questions. We were sad our vacation was only 1 week as we would have gladly stayed longer.

Canada Day at Penticton

We had a fantastic stay at Penticton. The highlight of the property was the pool for us, it was never cold always just a perfect temperature. The AC units provided cooling where and when you needed it, everything was clean and there are plenty of glasses, plates, towels, etc, for our family of 5. The location was fantastic, a short walk into town to enjoy Canada Day. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was simply excellent!

Very good and quiet area, close to locally beach, and park. Functional floor plan, very good indoor pool, everything you need for your vacation was there. I recommend to all my family and friends.

Family get together

Our annual extended family/sibling meetup was made more relaxing than ever at this comfortable home. The outdoor spaces are well thought out and the pool helped to make a very hot week in Penticton pleasant. We found the location close to the KVR and Penticton ideal for cycling and walking. The hosts are on top of any minor issues! Look forward to a return visit.

Amazing backyard and pool

A few of my teammates and I stayed at this property while in town competing in the Penticton dragon boat festival. We really enjoyed the backyard which was private and the pool, perfect after a day of paddling. The house was clean and had tons of room. Jason was quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving in Penticton

We had a great stay at Jason’s property to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends. Kitchen had good basic amenities, every room was clean when we arrived. Pool was unfortunately closed for the season (but we knew that, since it was listed in the description). One of the few affordable pet friendly properties in the area. Very centrally located for the beach, town or Skaha Bluffs area. A few days before our stay, Jason notified me that the oven was not working, and checked in if we needed it. We needed the oven for turkey dinner, so before we arrived, Jason installed a spare stove in the kitchen. Really attentive of him and it was much appreciated!

Fantastic property and property managers

This is the second time that we have stayed in this property. The house and property are immaculate and the property managers exceptional. If there are any problems, Craig and Jason are immediately on top of it. We will stay here again. We appreciate all of the little extras in the house.

Lots of issues 😟

There is not centralized air conditioning. The only air conditioning is in upstairs bedrooms up high on the walls. To get there, you have to walk up a vaulted set of 20+ narrow steps stairwell. The main floor has no air conditioning.! They told us to leave upstairs bedroom doors open and use a fan to bring the cold air down the stairs! This was not a working solution. If you have arthritis and knee/back problems, these stairs are not useable. I had to sleep on the sofa for the entire duration(10 days) in 35-40 degrees heat! We paid so much for this vacation , leaving was not an option. We called Craig and he had no idea how to turn on the furnace fan snd said he had never been in the house when it was this hot. He was not of any help in this situation and never called to check on us to see how we we were coping. We were on our own an had to suffer. There were no blinds on all windows. To keep a house cool you need more than a sheer panel that you can see thru at night. Even the garage window didn't have a blind nor did the door with window from the garage into the house . The neighbor could look from their deck right through the house! Anyone could peer at us!The toilets in the bathrooms are so low it is reminiscent of daycare toilets. We were happy with the heated pool, however we had to use a chair near the steps because there is no railing to hold onto. Privacy was infringed daily. A man came every day and peered over the fence at my daughter while she was sunning by the pool. He said he was checking the pool. The binder/agreement reads that there are specific days for mowing and pool cleaning. Every day our private moments were infringed upon. The anniversary of my oldest daughters death was jurying this stay. We just wanted to go somewhere away from home, with a heated pool, and privacy to grieve. I didn't want to share that time with anyone else. The patio and bbq area was very nice. However, when you step off of the deck down the stairs (no railing) one of the steps is about to give way, as there was one bolt hanging on a thread! The outdoor dining table had chairs with bent legs. Be careful when selecting your seat. The morning of our exit, at 9am we began bringing our luggage to our automobile. A woman pulled up to the garage in a van. She told my husband that she was delivering 3 full size cribs and large amounts of child furniture for the next occupants.She demanded access. No! She piled everything against the front door!

Perfect Location!

This is a well-kept house in an excellent location. We encountered no difficulties and enjoyed our stay. Message response time was very quick with the owner and he was able to accommodate our request for a baby gate.

Enjoyable spot for a family vacay

Lots of space in a beautiful neighbourhood. Close to trails for walking and biking, close to the beach. The house is partially upgraded and while I have rented better equipped rentals, this really has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Comfortable beds, a beautiful yard with fabulous pool. Owner was there when we arrived to show us air conditioning and pool use. Very clean property too. Thoroughly enjoyed this long weekend trip.

Excellent house. Lots of space for the entire family. Close to the beach and town. The pool and backyard are gorgeous. Craig is an excellent host. Checked in with us by text to make sure everything was good. This is our third stay and we will be back for a fourth!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed for a week and had a blast! The pool was awesome and also the patio. The communication was a bit slow regarding modification of bookings but it was quick and smooth while we stayed. Beds are quite high but toilets are low. The bathroom of the master bedroom could use some update. Other than that, Highly recommend ed for families.

Nice location and pool

Only the upstairs has air conditioning so it was very hot on the bottom 2 levels of the house. Location was great and the outdoor area and pool is beautiful. Some of the appliances are old and don’t work great but overall it’s a good house if it’s not too hot outside.
