Playa y muelle semiprivados en Shallow Bay, ideal para familias y niños.

Esta es una hermosa casa de playa privada renovada en el lago Skaha. Tendrás 70 pies de playa de arena con una hoguera para esas noches maravillosas bajo las estrellas o disfrutarás de una botella de vino Okanagan al final del muelle mientras se encienden las luces y el enorme cielo se llena de estrellas. Parrilla en el gran patio. o relajarse bajo un sauce llorón. Nade, pesque, broncee, haga un recorrido por el vino o puede caminar y escalar rocas en Skaha Bluff justo encima de la casa.
La huelga de nivel inferior es un área grande de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños que puede alojar hasta 6. Dormitorio 1- King, Dormitorio 2 -Reina, Dormitorio 3-Cama doble con futón en la habitación familiar.
El nivel superior se mantiene para uso exclusivo de los propietarios y está ocupado por los propietarios.
Alquilamos por semana solo durante el verano. Mínimo 3 noches para alquiler fuera de temporada. Para alquileres a largo plazo fuera de temporada, comuníquese con el propietario.

Very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make meals. The backyard was perfect for the dogs lots of seating and even an enclosed seating area on the outside patio with sun shades if you want to relax in the shade. BBQ area is perfect with a nice outdoor table. The dock on the lake is a nice place to enjoy the day with seating and an umbrella if you need shade. Great location and check in was easy. Great place for families.

Great stay by the lake!

We had a great stay at Joanne’s place. When we weren’t exploring Penticton and the Naramata Bench, we were enjoying dinner outdoors, games on the lawn, or taking the kayaks out at sunset. The place comfortably fit three generations of our family. We’d gladly return.

Lake front getaway

My family (2 adults, 3 teens) really enjoyed our time at this property. It was easy to access the nearby community, and the lake access was ideal for us. Look forward to returning.

Beautiful Stay

We had an amazing stay in this property. We had 2 kids under 2 and they could play on the beach with no concerns as the water is very shallow. The property had everything we needed and Joanne and Greg were great with communication if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!!

Moms birthday!

This was our second time staying here , and we had a great time ! Nothing beats having the lake right in the backyard ! I love that I can bring my dog here , we would definitely love to come back for a 3rd time next summer! Suite is very spacious and has everything you need! Thanks again

Ideal Lakefront Accommodation

Wonderful week on the lake at this cosy, clean and comfortable property. Close to wineries, Skaha Bluffs and Penticton. Friendly and helpful owners. We hope to return to explore more.

SKAHA LAKE RETREAT

Property was clean and well equipped. Hosts were on the top floor and were out of sight most of the time and quiet. They were available if we needed anything and easy to talk too, it was a lovely quiet lakefront location drenched in sunshine sitting on a very warm child friendly lake with a dock perfect for coffee & cocktails! It was perfect!

Nice spot on lake

Had a great stay. Nice location on lake. Water is shallow on the lake for awhile off property which is great for smaller kids. Comfortable well furnished place. Joanne was great at communicating making herself available if needed.

Pleasant stay in Penticton

Booked on short notice. Owners were very accommodating, check in was seamless. Location on the lake is wonderful, enjoyed beautiful days and evenings outside and on the dock. Water is shallow in that area

Great for small kids and grandparents!

We had a blast and Greg and Joanne were fantastic hosts. The weather turned out great and we were able to use the little beach, the propane firepit, and the kayaks a lot. The AC worked great and the place was very clean and well equipped, both inside and out. Outside is a nice Tiki bar and covered patio and lots of games. We plan to come back another year!

Good Value

This is a lovely property with a great little beach and dock. Good value, lots of room, very nice owners! We enjoyed our stay! The only negatives are to be expected; this property is on a busy thoroughfare which is a bit loud; and there are people upstairs which can get a bit noisy at times. If you are looking for total quiet this is not the spot.

Fantastic lake front property

House has everything you need. Our hosts lived upstairs but you’d never know. Very quiet. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, chilling on the dock and watching the sunset on the back patio. Our welcome gift of chocolates and a lovely bottle of red from a local winery was very thoughtful. The coffee station(including coffee sugar and creamer) was the perfect start to our day. Beds were very comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent. We hope to return next year.

Fun Family week at the lake

Wonderful week spent relaxing at the lake. The yard was perfect for our family and pup. Kids loved the water, sand area and lawn .The rental was well appointed with everything we needed. The exceptional hospitality included gift basket , kitchen and bath supplies were newly supplied for covid protocol which we appreciated . Joanne and Greg were available and quick to respond to any questions. We loved spending time at the beach area, morning coffee on the dock and relaxing . We are looking g forward to going back again!

Disappointing beach

Very comfortable housing with all the necessary utilities. Comfortable beds. Great tv. Well located for access to Penticton and Skaha Beach. The 2 downsides are 1) that the house is on a very busy road, on a blind curve so entering and exiting is sketchy 2) the lakefront is soft gooey mud. We had a toddler with us and we had looked forward to her being able to paddle in the shallow water which was completely impossible. There is an excellent dock and we had to use the far end to put our paddleboards in - not very easy to do actually.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed our lovely unit. Due to the hot dry windy weather, the trees have been continuously shedding leaves. This is the worst in 15 years. This has left some mucky areas on the shore. Thankfully our dock allows easy, safe access the water.

The rental was very fun and perfect for a family get away. The rooms were clean the place was comfortable. The backyard was amazing with the lake, dock, and fire pit, and perfect with our dog.

We will be back!

My husband and I came with our 3 young children (under 5) and had the best time. Fully fenced yard with lots of grass and sand to play, shallow water they could play in without constant hovering and all the amenities you could need. Our hosts didn't mind my brother visiting with his family for the day and we had the best time. Playgrounds and the town are a quick drive away but you are far enough removed that it's doesn't matter how busy it gets as you have your own private beach. All in all I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts or the property and we would happily visit again.
