The Space:

Relax in a Tropical Oasis in the heart of the Houston Galleria, located on beautiful and quiet McCue Road. Lounge around our saltwater pool, sip complimentary espresso in our cabana, walk to fine restaurants in 5 minutes, and stroll to the Galleria Mall that is ONLY 1 BLOCK AWAY. Our *ON SITE STAFF* will see that you are well taken care of during your stay. Enjoy our quality high thread count pressed sheets, soft towels, and excellent quality beds for a restful night's sleep.



The Accommodations include an 1160 sq. ft. two bed/two bath apartment home that is fully furnished. Furnishings include Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Our bed linens are professionally cleaned and ironed. The bath linens are professionally laundered with bleach and fabric softener.



Guest Access:

Entire apartment. We do require all guest to submit a government ID before we can allow access to the accommodation. Minimum age 21. This is for the safety of all of our residents.



The Neighborhood:

Our community is very small. 98% of our residents are long term. Everyone here is respectful of others which makes staying here a treat.



Getting Around:

The Galleria Area is THE most central part of Houston. Our street is one of the most walkable streets in Houston. Shopping, Dining, and Grocery shopping are just 1 block away. The Metro Bus Stop is only one block in addition to the New Post Oak Rapid Transit is also one block from our location.



Other Things to Note:

We do require all guest to submit a government ID before we can allow access to the accommodation. This is for the safety of all of our residents.

Great alternative to hotel stay

This is a great location if you're attending a conference uptown. We traveled as a family to Houston and this was a much better alternative to a hotel room. Excellent location everything is within walking distance, ample space for a family of 3. Great amenities, excellent communication and service.

Lovely week in Houston

My husband and I were in Houston to visit our daughter, son-in-law and grand-daughter. We had a great time! The apartment was comfy, pretty and safe and we'll come back if Nicole will have us! Great for the price point

Older building but they did a good job fixing it up and everything was new and clean. Very well appointed; The beds were super comfortable. The location is convenient for shopping, and parking was easy. Check-in was a bit difficult, but that could have been an issue with the app. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it.

Good location, clean and quiet property

This was exactly as advertised and we would consider staying again. My one recommendation is to add more pots/pans. There aren't enough nor are the ones in the apartment big enough to truly cook for a family of 4 (other than eggs for breakfast).

Great Location, Very Clean

We were in Houston for a convention and stayed here for 3 nights. Realizing that we needed to stay one more day, I asked the host if we could pay for one more night. They responded right away and were very accommodating. It saved us from having to scramble for a hotel room. The place was very clean and comfortable and a great value. Tons of things are within walking distance like restaurants and stores. I will try to stay here next year for the same convention. Highly recommended!

Noisy Neighbirs

In the Master bedroom the bed wall or the ceiling above 3 of the 4 nights they had their TV on ALL NIGHT and they talked very loud early like 4:30am. I did not sleep well as I tend to be a light sleeper. The walls and ceilings are not insulated well. The unit is an older apartment especially the bathrooms.it was nicely decorated though.

Beautiful in Springtime!

This little apartment enclave was beautiful. A pool, patio, and garden area in the middle of the buildings was a wonderful place to sit in the evening. And the lovely smell of jasmine blooming was truly heavenly. We appreciated the outdoor grill and used it to cook our dinner one evening. The location was perfect for us. The beds were great--large, comfy, and well-appointed. Suggestions for improvement:1. We had two roaches we caught in the apartment and removed. Maybe more outside spraying?2. Please add more dishes and silverware. We only had three people, but there simply weren't enough dishes. Also, there weren't any serving plates or serving bowls, cookie sheets, or a frying pan big enough to make a meal in. 3. Please add some spices/condiments to stock the kitchen. There was only a salt shaker and a pepper shaker.4. We were there for 5 days, and there was only one set of towels for the master bath. Also, the black cosmetic cloth was dirty, but was still accordion folded and placed nicely in the towel rack. It was very obviously dirty. Even with these things (these are all fixable), we would come back.

First Time In Texas there’s good and BAD

So there was good and a lot of bad. Overall rate a 3 to 3.5 for stay We really enjoyed the property location it’s right across from mall and about 15 to main downtown Houston. The actual house was nice I do wish they had more updated showers. The kitchen was nice but who ever cleans needs to pay more attention to dishes, pots, etc cause some were dirty. The door lock was interesting it seemed to do weird things and act funny when we were trying to leave and lock it sometimes. Big Problems we experienced while there: While we were out one day the property manger called and asked if we were ok with maintenance to come in and the Grouo said they were uncomfortable with that since expensive jewelry and belongs were out and no one was there, weren’t sure If they wore masks so much just didn’t think it was a good idea, we told her no, she basically said well they had to. My whole issue with how this went was it should have been done while guest weren’t there, and if it had to be done, don’t even ask if we’re ok with it if you guys are going to come in regardless cause it did not make sense. We did experience a problem while there which was not pleasant and my s/o wanted to leave. First and foremost let me say we are all black. He came into the main gate after walking and was met by two women. The women did recognize him and stated how do you have the code to the gate. He responded he was a guest and an uncomfortable moment rose. We specifically have and issue with this just because how it was done. There was no hello how are you are you a guest, or Hello can I help you. It was just one of those Karen moments you see on the news and my S/O was scared that he might end up in handcuffs. I was also upset about this because I provided all my guest names and was not asked for anything else because we would have provided right away. The woman did apologize but it left a bad feeling about the stay unfortunately. My suggestion to anyone staying is send them your ids even if they don’t ask for them maybe directly tell the person who your bringing don’t just put it online. The hall way bath broke apart while I was there and water went every where including my face it was very scary. The door not locking without multiple tries when leaving or not opening when needed. Overall I rate my stay a 3 to 3.5

First let me say that we worked with Raven on her payment plan before she arrived. Our listing speciifcally states that we require identifcation and none was provided until after we asked the genteman guest how he got the gate code. When he said he was a guest, We simply said OK. There was no need for anyone to feel they were singled out. We did not know who he was. We did have issues in the hallway from a previous airconditioning issue. As a courtesy we called to let the guest know we had a contractor come in to assess the damage. I personally escorted him to the area. We would never let a contractor or vendor come in the apartment without someone from our staff. Our listing is constantly booked. We have to move forward on repairs and we do it professionally. We went out of our way to make sure Raven and her guest were comfortable. We provided them with extra paper goods when requested. We regret that Raven is unhappy with her stay. I hope in the future she will give us another chance.

Uptown Apartment

Nice and well furnished apartment close to the Galleria. The small apartment complex is older but the two bedroom rented unit was updated and comfortable.

Solo hay 2 detalles que pudieran mejorar: 1. El aire acondicionado era muy lento para enfriar, no podía alcanzar la temperatura deseada, y por tanto, el comfort durante la noche no era bueno, debido a que se sentía húmedo el ambiente como consecuencia de un funcionamiento deficiente del equipo HVAC. 2. La cama de la recámara principal se sentía viejo, con una superficie irregular, por tanto incomodo. Por todo lo demás, muy contentos!!!

Perfect location

We loved the location and property. Looks just like the pictures. In a gated community so super safe for a girls trip. Only problem is that we did not received and check in or check out procedures. No responses to my messages on the vrbo app. Had to call for assistances. She was very helpful over the phone.

Graduation trip

This property was in an ideal location and was also secure. It was walking distance from The Galleria, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and other nearby shopping. Covered parking was provided right in front of our unit. Condo was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely book this again!
