You will enjoy being within walking distance to all that Ocean City offers! We are a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Also in walking distance is The Varsity, Starbucks, Manco and Manco Pizza, Hobby Horse Ice Cream Parlor, Acme, The Chatterbox, Yianni's, and many other restaurants! For those with little ones looking for a place to play, we're a 7 minute walk to the Ocean City 8th Street Playground which is located at the intersection of 8th and Haven.

Our oversized second floor condo has an open floor plan with a large family room with smart TV and cable. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen table that seats 8 and counter seating for 7 more! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a toaster, toaster oven, Keurig and automatic drip coffee makers, slow cooker, griddle/panini press, blender, plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, etc.

Five bedrooms include:
Master suite: with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk in multi-head shower.
Bedroom #2: queen bed and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom
Bedroom #3: twin over full size bunk bed with access to the Jack and Jill bathroom
Bedroom #4: 2 twin beds
Bedroom #5 has 2 sets of twin bunks with 2 trundles that sleep 6,

For a grand total of 15. Bring the whole family! Pillows, comforters and mattress pads provided. Please bring your own sheets.

Three bathrooms include one bathroom off of the main hallway with full tub and shower, Jack-and-Jill bathroom between bedroom #2 & #3 with full size tub and shower and double vanity. Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double vanity, extra amenities: hair dryer, scale, and magnifying mirror. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

Game room: Another great feature that the kids love (and adults, too!) is the ground floor game room! It holds a Foosball table, Shuffleboard table, large screen Smart TV with PS3 game system plus PS3 games and board games too!

Other amenities include a fully enclosed and private outdoor shower, enclosed private entrance to condo with key-less entry, WiFi, large garage for parking and storing your gear. Extra refrigerator in garage. Full sized washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, pack-n-play and booster seat. Furnished balcony overlooking beautiful Wesley Avenue.

There's more! We also have 5 bikes, 5 beach chairs, 10 Beach tags, 2 beach carts, boogie boards and beach toys. There is also one additional parking space in the driveway behind the garage.
