Want to spend time in Costa Rica's tropical rain forest but still like to be comfortable with full AC, a full kitchen and a huge pool? Villa Congo is an amazing 2 bedroom 2 bathroom right in the middle of Manuel Antonio.

We are 5 minutes from both the national park, and the Quepos Marina and much closer to coffee houses, restaurants and supermarkets. Close enough to everything to be comfortable, but far enough to only hear the Monkeys and Macaws when you relax on the private porch.

Perfect

Everything about this property was perfection. It was not only beautiful, but in a safe location, and close to every activity that we were looking for. Communication by the owner and property manager made our stay simple and enjoyable. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful area and quiet peaceful property

We had an amazing time at this property! There were howler monkeys playing in the trees while we swam at the pool and toucans flew overhead while iguanas slithered by us on the path. It is a bit difficult to find but they were prompt at communicating with us. The pool could stand to be resurfaced but it is clean and works just fine. The space in the condo was great for our family of 5 and we loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer.

Bad Experience/ Just disappointed

Overall: Not a good experience with this property. About the Amenities: TERRIBLE They marketing this product with old and manipulated images. The pictures that I saw is not what I saw in real time. The amenities are way to sloppy and need maintenance urgently. Honestly, I feel disappointed. About the location and neighborhood: TERRIBLE It’s so confusing to find this place. No directions, Front gate has a different community’s name than they advertise. Roads to get access to this property are way terrible. A lot of construction all around the property. The entire block and entry look like a very unassisted sloppy community. Way bad. Communication: TERRIBLE As I mentioned, hard to find the location… so I called them to be instructed and all I received was a pretentious attitude. The person was busy with another check in which I understand but I’m sure there are better ways to assist all costumers. So terrible costumer service offered. About the Unit: DECENT. At least the unit was decent. I’ll give them that but that’s all. Basic, just okay. In bottom line: This booking wasn’t what I was sold through their advertising. I’m sorry about this review, but being honest and transparent, it’s the only way to improve things.

Great Cozy Condo

Nice 2 bedroom condo with great pool area. Clean and updated. Not too far from restaurants in Manuel Antonio. A little confusion upon check with no instructions in the general property information. Also, fumbled around trying to locate. Ask for specifics well in advance. I will be back!

Andres made our stay exceptional!

The property was true to the photos except older than it appears. The services provided by concierge Andres and staff was over the top, he and staff responded to any questions and needs we had. We recommend adding towel bars, hooks to hand your towels and wet items after pool and bathing. Kitchen essentials were slightly lacking. Overall, we would recommend and stay here again.

Great place with awesome pool area

The place was nice, clean and comfortable. Common areas were nice and pool was clean. Communicating with Andres was fluid and he was always there to help out.

Hidden Gem in Costa Rica

the road to get there is a little rough but short and well worth it. The property is secluded and lovely. The units were clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. A perfect getaway.

Best Place I've Ever Stayed!

Loved this unit! It was comfortable, clean, well-decorated and had everything I needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The bed and furniture were very cozy, kitchen was stocked, and everything that I needed was provided. It pleased me so to be able to spend time in the many common areas. I especially liked the pool as the weather was perfect for swimming and hanging out and reading. I will definitely be returning to this one for an extended stay:)

Wonderful Accommodations!

We used this as a quick overnight stay for our travels. The accommodations are so inviting and comfortable that we are making plans to return for a lengthy visit so we can truly enjoy all the amenities and luxuries this sanctuary has to offer. The host is very responsive and provided all the information we needed to get settled. We are definitely coming back for a true vacation at this location to spend time touring the area.

We are so close to everything you came to see, but far enough away to still have some peace and quiet. 5 minute drive to just about anything here. If you don't have a car, I'm always available via text to help with taxis, or transports, and there is a bus that passes nearby every 15 minutes that I can show you how to use!
