Family vacation at Ritz Carlton Club St Thomas

We couldn't have been more impressed and pleased with the entire experience. Our property host was very helpful in helping us make a last minute booking and provided excellent recommendations for transportation, dining, etc.. The resort amenities were top-notch. The resort staff and concierge team were amazing with excellent attention to detail to make sure our stay was 5-star. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing Vacation

Wonderful vacation. We can’t say enough great compliments about the condo/home and our trip. Our condo was extremely comfortable and convenient, and has everything we ever look for in a vacation home. And it does feel like a home even though it’s at the Ritz Carlton. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean and beach out the windows and on the deck. The full kitchen and washer and dryer for us with three kids is a hugely important feature. Lesser thought of features that were very key to our enjoyment was the grocery delivery service the Ritz offers, the water filter in the fridge, and recommendations for reliable taxi drivers. The Ritz is a wonderful location with more than enough activities to make all ages happy- we in particular enjoyed relaxing and taking in the beautiful views on the beach or poolside, snorkeling in the Bay, and the waterslide at one of their multiple pools. They also have multiple restaurants, and boat excursions that leave right from the hotel beach. Leah was incredibly helpful and responsive helping us prepare for our first trip to St Thomas- she has information for you at her finger tips, and answered our additional questions promptly. We’d love to stay again next summer, and our kids asked if we could please move in or at least stay all of summer break. Thanks!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Beautiful resort. The customer service is impeccable! Honestly, you want for nothing there. Someone is always willing to serve you in any capacity. The condo itself was as pictured. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The master bed is pretty high up so beware height challenged people. Kitchen had all you really needed. On top of the normal hotel stuff, they also provide coffee, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener. The views from the lanai were outstanding. It was very breezy while we were there so we didn't get to spend much time on the lanai because the breeze sometimes made us chilly. It was 81 degrees and sunny everyday with the occasional passing shower (end of January beginning of February). Our host got us a great condo unit, in a great location. We were on the 5th floor of the Iris building. The host responded quickly to all inquiries. Plenty of pools to choose from. You can use the residence pools or a short walk to the hotel pools. The beach was nice enough. Tasty restaurants and drinks at the Ritz but pricey (you are at the Ritz after all). Moe's Market delivered our groceries and were in our condo when we arrived. The only thing I can say negative about the island of St. Thomas is that the cab service prices are ridiculous. They're per person and you share (unless you want to pay more for private). The cabs are older 10 person vans and the cab drivers weren't super friendly. Cash only. But still had a great time.

Fabulous week in a beautiful setting

We stayed in a lovely three bedroom unit at the RC Club in February. Fabulous view from our 3 balconies of the Caribbean with St. John's in the distance. We loved having the Ritz right next door and took advantage of the pools, beaches and restaurants at both properties. We really enjoyed sailing in the bay on the Hobie Cats at the hotel, and also went scuba diving and took a day sail on a catamaran to St. John's. The location is perfect for taking off for lots of activities (5 mins to Red Hook) or staying put and enjoying the resort. The service at the RC Club was polite and attentive and the twice daily housekeeping made it even better. We would definitely go back and highly recommend you rent from Leah Allard. She was communicative during the decision process and once we had booked the property, she gave us lots of good recommendations and answered all our questions.

Comfortable, well-appointed accommodations

Our family of two adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this property during winter break. Leah was very responsive and helpful during the booking process. The unit was clean, and spacious and the well-equipped kitchen and laundry machine added to a comfortable stay. We enjoyed using the main ocean-facing patio for breakfasts. The grocery delivery option was very convenient and saved us a trip to the store upon arrival in St. Thomas. Our children enjoyed the holiday activity offerings through Ritz Kids and the unit’s proximity to the beach and various pools. The staff was kind and helpful. We would return without hesitation.

Gorgeous property w/ all the Ritz amenities

I took my work team of 7 women to St. Thomas for a celebration trip for our 2020 production. We booked 2 suites / units in the residence club and had a beautiful time. The suites / units are gorgeous just like the hotel itself and the services and amenities were seamless with the hotel, which was important to us. I would highly recommend for any group, family, or even couple to stay here.

Fabulous vacation!

We stayed at the Ritz Residences and it was FABULOUS. Our condo was incredibly clean and up-to-date. We ordered groceries from Moe's ahead of time and they were all in the kitchen/fridge when we arrived. Cookies from the Ritz arrived nightly. The Residence side of the property is fabulous: lush landscaping and a beautiful beach with lots of shade trees if you need to get out of the sun. There are plenty of beach chairs as long as you get out there by 8:30/9am to grab a few, otherwise there are tons out by the pools. We had a blast on the paddle boards and Hobie Cat sailboats. Leah was great, the entire staff was great and friendly and accommodating. A perfect week!

I booked and paid for the condo, and once confirmed, booked non-refundable flights only to be told the next day that the property was unreliable. The leading agent said the calendar was not always reliable as it wasn’t up-to-date. She wasn’t concerned at all that I’d booked flights based upon confirming the stay.
