Maravilloso, bien ubicado, lugar tranquilo, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una buena estancia, , ropa de cama, toallas, productos de aseo personal, la cocina con todos los utensilios, para la playa desde el carrito, sombrilla, toallas, sillas , absolutamente todo, laundry completo, muy buena comunicación con la señora dueña de la casa , en fin un servicio de excelencia.

Awesome location

Great location right next to lido key beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable with all amenities. Lovely almond smell in all the linens. We had a minor issue with WiFi that was resolved immediately upon contacting the owner. The pool is down the street, which I don’t think was intuitive, but otherwise this is an amazing place and would highly recommend.

Solid, but ….

The good: Property was clean, bed was comfortable, location was very good, Outdoor space was comfortable. Shower was good. Off street parking. A/C was good. The bad: WIFI was weak, could not stream clearly; TV was poor; kitchen setup was cramped with lack of counter space. Cabinet over sink made it tough to wash dishes. Cabinet over bathroom sink made it tough to shave. Broken beach chairs were immediately replaced by owner. Unit is located next to large party house rental. They quieted at 10 pm, but could hear conversations and music in our apartment. Owner addressed what she could promptly.

Fall weekend getaway

This was a nice place for a couple to stay. Was comfortable and functional enough for a few days stay. Location was great. Close to the beach. Close to st armends circle and a short drive into the city if you like.

Anniversary Celebration

Our host Dana was fantastic!! The apartment was just as described!! She had everything we needed and more !! Perfect place for a little beach getaway!! She was very attentive and accommodating!! Just a short walk to the beach 🏝️ We will definitely be booking again!!

Wonderful getaway in Lido Beach!!!

There were two adults in my party. We loved this property! When we walked in, we could smell the cleanliness and we had fresh roses!!! The king size bed is extremely comfortable and the enclosed back yard with white lights in the trees is so charming. The owner, Janine, stopped by to see if we had everything we needed. She is such a gracious hostess. The unit is in a private neighborhood and the location can't be beat!!! The owner supplied beach chairs etc. We could be oceanfront in 5 minutes and shopping in Armand's Circle in 5 minutes. Sarosota and Siesta Key were just a short drive!!! If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place in Lido beach, I would highly recommend it!!!

Quaint, Quiet, and Clean

Wonderful little property just minutes walking distance from the beach. Very clean, well stocked with everything needed for a beach getaway. Host is wonderful and friendly, made the check-in and out process simple. Would definitely stay here again!

FANTASTIC!

Absolutely, hands down loved everything about our stay! The place was clean, tidy and had exactly what we needed. The included beach chairs with umbrella and beach wagon are a huge help. The backyard is GORGEOUS! You forget you’re even in Florida, feels like something much more tropical! Short walk to the beach, very much worth it. Shopping at St Armand’s Circle is a must and the atmosphere is whirling and relaxing at the same time. We saw manatees in the small bay along the walk to the circle AND at the beach! Janine is wonderful, I cannot say enough good things about her! She was very accommodating, quick to answer any and all questions and super sweet! We had the best little getaway here and plan on returning!!

Clean, relaxing, close to the beach

The property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Cute backyard with table/chairs and a swing! Very short walk to the beach as well as St. Armand's Circle. The woman managing the property was responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend!

Closer to beach than I thought

This is a decent sized one bedroom, nestled between two hotels. The back yard, seashells and palm trees, has seating areas to enjoy sun or shade. The beach is about a block away. My only complaint is that I didn't look in the cupboard that had the toaster oven, until we were leaving. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a modestly priced, very clean rental.

Amazing

If I could give the property and the property owner 50 stars I would. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed. So much more than the listing says, which was so helpful in making our stay comfortable. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful the property owner Janine is. She was so helpful and sweet!! We will definitely stay at her properties in the future and highly recommend them to all!!

Excellent value, a rare find

This is an old beach house surrounded by mega buildings and the best of lido. Very clean, has everything needed , even a back yard , walkable to the beach . The owner went above and beyond to accommodate and made everything easy and it felt as comfortable as 5 star without the frills or fee. Highly recommended

Good location and amenities

Very clean and well situated. Adjacent construction was a small bother but out of the owners control. We were bumped from our flight and did not arrive until the following afternoon. Host was super helpful and understanding. Would most definitely rent from her again

Great location

If you are looking for a great location & nothing too fancy this is a great spot. The backyard had table, chairs & grill. There is a tiki hut close by on the beach that we enjoyed. There was a hair dryer, beach wagon, 4 chairs, noodles & coolers. There is construction next door but honestly they were pretty quiet. About a 15 minute walk to StArmonds Circle or their is a trolly you can take.

Great place to stay

Very cute place with home-like amenties such as fenced back yard with table. Breif walk to beach. We really appreciated the beach buggy, towels and chairs! You won't find that at a hotel! If we visit this area again, we will definitely come back.

A Month in Lido

Very clean and efficient. Well supplied with good linen and towels, and plenty of beach things. Responsive and considerate landlords. A few drawbacks no fault of the owners were construction next door that flooded the entire street for days while pumping ground waters for the pool, resulting in the need to drive everywhere. When this is over, a very nice location and comfortable for a couple. We recommend.

A surprising little gem

Excellent location on a quiet street close to beach access and only a mile from St Armands town centre. Spotlessly clean. Compact but very well equipped. Snowy white towels and even beach towels. Comfortable bed. We didn’t use the back yard, barbecue or garden table and chairs but might have done if we had stayed for longer. Dining table is too tall for the dining chairs - can you get someone to take a few inches off the legs? Net curtains at the living room widows would give a little more privacy but overall this is an excellent place to stay.
