3. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. The pool area is surrounded by lush greenery, which can sometimes drop leaves into the pool. To ensure a clean, pristine environment, the home is serviced and maintained on a weekly basis. But there is a chance leaves will gather in the pool throughout the week.
5. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
6. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra costs. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.
7. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

Hi there, my name is Landon!
I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
