This apartment will seduce you with its privileged location in walking distance....
It features a main room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining area... with a magical view of the horizon - in the distance, you can see the Cordouan lighthouse...
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need (ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, filter coffee maker, SENSEO coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher...).
The bedroom with its 160cm bed also offers a magnificent view... an en-suite shower room with shower and electric towel dryer.
Separate toilet.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
