Relájese en Villa Fleur en un entorno lujoso. Renovado en 2018, tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con barra de asientos y comedor. El salón cuenta con muebles cómodos y un panel de TV. Una habitación queen y una habitación doble. Disfrute de una cena al aire libre en el patio de ladrillo rodeado de un paisaje tropical.
Villa Fleur se encuentra en los condominios de astilleros en el anexo Truman. El astillero se encuentra en el corazón del casco antiguo de Key West, en la antigua U. S. Amazing location, amazing amenities!!! The host was incredible, responded quickly when we had questions. The location was top notch, easy access to everything and every place we want to walk too. The pool was refreshing, met a lot great people, super friendly, found out a lot about whats going on.Definitely would come back and stay!!

Great Location

Booking bd Communication through Joe was very easy. The property was everything we were hoping for and just a 4 min walk to ducal street. Highly recommend this property for your stay.

Great location and beautiful property

Felt safe here for two women. Kitchen had just about everything you needed and even some spices too. Parking space was perfect and close. Bike rack was close too. Gated community. Beds were comfie and communication with the owner was good. Wifi was iffy. We only needed wifi for our scuba dive PADI stuff. The back patio was beautiful (but cannot use water hose to was stuff off). On 1st floor and people above you. My daughter in front room said they were loud. My ears were clogged from diving. I would totally rent again. He has other units to rent.

Well appointed, perfectly organized, comfortable and cozy

Our family of four stayed the week after Christmas. Joe was very responsive and offered a place to store our luggage when we arrived early and let us have a late check out.The unit has multiple seating areas (indoors and outside) that easily accommodated all four of us. And the bedrooms are at different ends of the space. The extras are nice - soft linens, premium cookware and cutlery. Joe and team make the condo feel cared for with you in mind.

Great Location

We have been to Key West several times, though this is the first time staying at the Shipyard. The best thing about this Shipyard Condo is the location. It is just a couple of (short) blocks from Duval, the Green Parrot; 10 minute bike ride to Fort Zach, quick ride to Truman Annex; as well as Mallory Square, Southernmost Point and other fun things/restaurants in Old Town. The condo area is quiet, although be forewarned, this is a lower unit and if upper is rented, you can hear the renters above. The outdoor lanai was very nice. Owner promptly provided all pertinent info for check-in, parking, condo rules and things to do in the area. The access to unit was easy, no issues. Parking was close to unit. The pool is just a quick 2 minute walk and was nice - though could get very busy - many people saving lounge chairs early in the morning for later in the day. The unit itself was adequate - there were plenty of linens, towels, including beach towels, though couldn't find any dish (drying) towels anywhere. There was a very small starting supply of dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, 1 partial roll of paper towel and 1 extra roll of TP. We had to re-stock some of these items for our 10 day stay; and also purchased anti bac soap and chlorox wipes as there was none (although there appeared to be plenty of cleaning supplies). The kitchen was well stocked with all manner of cookware, tableware, etc. Everything worked well for our purposes. We encountered a couple of minor issues upon our arrival, which were quickly resolved once owner was notified. Finally, the A/C mechanicals are located in the closet of the primary (queen) bedroom. When the A/C kicks on, it is VERY noisy and also rattles. Sleeping in this bedroom is very difficult if you don't have earplugs. The mattress is a bit too soft for our comfort level, but we sleep on a very firm mattress at home. Overall the unit was clean, but could use a bit more attention in some areas.

Enjoyable place and nice unit and great location to all of Key West was with in walkable distance 5 minutes from Duval st. Pool was nice, great time would book again if we come back to Key West

Villa Fleur at Shipyard

We had a great time! The Condo is very well maintained and has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Check-In, drop off your stuff, run to the grocery store to stock up and it's your relaxing home away from home for the duration. Perfect placement as well....an easy walk to the center of Duval so you can leave the car there and not worry about finding a place to park. I highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location! Conveniently close to all the main attractions particularly Fort Zachary Beach and the Truman Waterfront Park. My only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Perfect location and safe for family trip.

We rented mopeds and that is the best way to see the island and get to dinner. The rental co. allowed our car to stay there for the week since you only have one parking spot. This is a great option even for part of your visit. All of the dinner recommendations that they listed were fabulous and within walking distance. I felt very comfortable letting our older teen children walk around and the location of this property is it’s greatest asset. The manager was very attentive and laid back which was great since we asked for some favors. The unit was clean and communication with the cleaner was also great. There is a sofa bed if someone wants more room and the other queen and twins we’re comfortable.
