You will have access to the entire home. This includes one free on site parking spot in a private garage.

The Neighborhood:
Premier Oceanfront building located directly on the boardwalk at Atlantic Avenue. Well maintained and secure for guest safety.

Getting Around:
You will be within steps of the boardwalk and beach, so walking is highly desirable to many destinations. Building is located with easy access to coastal highway for adventuring out.

Interaction with Guests:
I or a member of my team will be available via the messaging app, text or cell phone. In the event that you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. If it is an emergency, certainly call. If an in person interaction is required, we will facilitate to meet your need or request. A phone call is preferred between 9PM-6AM EST for matters that need immediate attention.

Family reunion

We have stayed at this property multiple times. I will say Jason was great at communicating and when we did have a small issue he was right on it and got it fixed right away. It's a great location.

Family get away

This property was in great location. Right on the beach/boardwalk. Plenty of space for everyone with room to move around. Everything as expected and communication with Jason excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely place, great locatio.

We loved our stay at the beach. Super easy check in and everything was as described. Jason was very helpful with everything and we look forward to staying here next summer.

The property was beautiful, well kept and ideally located. We loved staying there and everything we needed was right there! Beautiful outdoor space that overlooked the boardwalk and ocean. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

My wife and I booked this as a last minute get away. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The condo was right on the boardwalk with excellent views of the beach. It was nice being able to have the doors open and listening to the ocean at night, very relaxing. I usually have a hard time sleeping in mattresses at rental properties. However, the beds here were great. Easy access to the rental with a digital in bed and communication with the manager was seamless. Definitely would recommend staying here and will look forward to staying here again in the future.

An Amazing Vacation

Perfect reunion getaway for 3 adult friends!

Three friends together after 15 years had a fabulous time in this ocean-front get away! Jason was responsive from the moment of booking through departure, accommodating questions and requests quickly, exceeding expectations. We had a wonderful time! I will be back with my family and any time I can.

Excellent stay

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. James was very responsive to us with any questions we had prior and during our stay. We loved the location and the view from our place. Everything was conveniently located to us also. Will definitely return in the future for another vacation to ocean city Maryland.

Great property with fantastic views and in perfect location

I stayed at this property with my family for a weekend and it was great! The main bedroom and living room have beautiful views of the ocean, the condo is nicely updated, has everything you'll need, and the covered parking spot is a nice bonus. The communication with Jason leading up to the stay and afterwards was flawless as well! The location is just perfect for a nice family vacation in Ocean City with shops and restaurants all in walking distance and the beach being in front of your doorstep.

Great place with beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay… the property was pretty child proofed (minus outlet covers which we brought) for our two little ones. The convenience to the beach is awesome. There is a ton of beach gear at the house (chairs, sand toys). The kitchen was well stoked. The owner of the property is incredibly responsive and helpful. The vacuum broke while we were there and within hours a new one was dropped off. We would definitely stay again!

Our vacation

Our vacation at Jasons place was so fabulous! The cleanliness was so important because we had a baby with us. And it was spotless. And there is the view and the location! It was breathtaking every single time I looked out a window. The bikes were an additional pleasure. He was responsive to all of our needs. I cannot say enough good things about our trip and the beautiful condo. Our goal is to stay there again next year.

Great Ocean City rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Ocean City condo. It’s location on the boardwalk is conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance. As we watched families hauling their wagons with a days worth of beach gear and supplies from properties that were not Oceanside, we were grateful for the convenience of being only steps away from the beach as we could conveniently come and go from the beach as we pleased. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for my family of 4 to not be on top of each other throughout the week. We would definitely stay at this property again the next time we return to Ocean City.

Quick weekend getaway

This was our first time visiting ocean city and the property . As soon as we walked in we felt immediately at home . The condo was very clean and comfortable, decorated beautifully and very warm and inviting . Jason didn’t miss a beat. The condo has everything you need. Beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, even toys for the kids. The beds were so comfortable! It’s very hard for me to sleep well on vacation, but these beds felt like you were sleeping on clouds ! The private balcony with the ocean view was my favorite , especially in the morning when I had my coffee. Jason was the best host, he was super responsive from the moment we booked the property till we checked out . We will be back!

July Family Stay

Very nicely decorated and stocked. One loveseat arm was broken and porch furniture cushion was torn. Sliding glass door is hard to slide. Picture window in bedroom facing beach has so much moisture in it it hurts the view. Don’t mean to be all negative, we were very comfortable. Linens and towels were great quality and lots of new things around the condo. Just a few things that need maintenance. Master bath was nice and modern.

Would recommend

The property manager was very communicative and responded to any questions very promptly. He even purchased a crockpot for the unit when asked if one was available. The furniture and decor was nicer than any of the three other units we have rented in OCMD. The mattresses were very comfortable. My husband was impressed with all of the cable/streaming options for the TV. We had a few minor complaints. One is that there was very little hot water. Routinely the second shower was luke warm by the end and the third shower was COLD if we didn’t wait for at least 15 minutes. Secondly, and not the fault of the property manager, was that the shrubbery in front of the building blocked the view of the boardwalk from the lower balcony area.We love to people watch and this greatly impeded our ability to do so. We also didn’t find the furniture on the top portion of the balcony to be very comfortable. Lastly, the washer and dryer were VERY small. You cannot wash more than 3 towels at a time.
